Looking for a place to grab a drink before visiting my family in Mattituck. Love this place! I’m a local neighborhood bar type guy! I travel a lot and seen a lot of place across the country but this is one right up my alley. I only had 30 minutes to grab a drink(or 2!)! I will be back! In the near future!

Infamous in our neighborhood for being«that place». Cheap stuff. Interesting crowd. Grab a shot and a beer and have a night!

Literally right across the street from the Mattituck LIRR platform, this bar is in an ancient looking building that is likely a minimum of 150 years old. We arrived a bit early to eat at the outstanding Iron Skillet restaurant and saw this bar with 4 patrons sitting inside. Neil the bartender was a very friendly person, and knew everyone in the bar as during the winter this is a very local place. So yes this did lead to getting the old west saloon feeling when you walked in with everyone in the bar stopping to look at us. But soon after I was talking to everyone in there and felt like I was a local too. So +1 star for the hospitality and small town feeling. I am sure if you go there during the summer it will be nothing like this, so check this place out in the off season. The locals are friendly.

Old-school little spot with some interesting music(they were playing waltz of the sugar plum fairies when we walked in) selections. Solid crowd of regulars who will offer a stranger a drink. Great place for a pint before or after a nice meal at the Love Lane Kitchen.

A cute little local bar right across from the«Love Lane» train station in Mattituck. It’s literally the first thing tourists and visitors see when they roll off the LIRR. Grab a brew and get refreshed.
