Been to different eye wear business for my children. This Lens Crafters at Fallen timbers is by far a walmart eye care covered up as a professional upscale place for a unique fashionable place for your eye ware and eye exam. But to my surprise I found this place to be not a place for kids. The eye examiner seemed as if she was still in college doing a pre study, and no etiquette handling children. The pricing was too high even with insurance. The waiting 7 – 10 days now it’s still day 13, the place has my child lens but, sometime this week the lens needs to trimmed to fit into the frame. They are there? But over all the people working the desk, are very friendly. Very inviting and warm employees. But I will not be returning here.
