Chipotle Mexican Grill

Updating from (1 star to 4): It looks like someone from chipotle has been reading reviews and taking notes. This chipotle has improved a lot; this may be due to the fact that they replaced all the staff. I like that online orders are quick for pick up, instead of pretending you are not standing right next to the register for 10min. They also stopped burning the fajita veggies. This improvement may be due to the fact that they are not as rushed anymore since a lot of customers stopped coming here after an episode of explosive diarrhea. I’m still taking 1 star off because I was one of those customers who did get explosive diarrhea when all the news about chipotle and ecoli was going on, I could have DIED!

I’ve called management twice in the past year to compliment the staff. Each time I go in, they are patient, energetic and friendly. You see a lot when waiting in line and they are great to everyone! Keep up the good work.

Never place an online order at this location if it’s past 4pm, you will wait forever… well maybe not forever, but the person who walked in after you and went thru the line will certainly receive their effin burrito before you do. Not sure if it’s the incompetent staff or the people waiting in line that makes it worse. That being said I will not give up on chipotle, but I will never visit this location again. And will make sure my loved ones/​friends know to drive further away to visit a better ran location.

This is the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Even when the line is decently short, it consistently takes an extremely long time to order. In my experience, you have to ask for extra scoops to get even close to a NORMAL serving scoop of salsa, corn, guac, etc. It seems as though the employees are miserable. They are the LEAST friendly and enjoyable Chipotle workers I’ve ever encountered. I love Chipotle but this restaurant honestly ruins the experience for me. I cant wait until the new one on Wilson Mills opens because I will not return to this one.

We wait at least 30 minutes every time we go to this Chipotle. It’s the nearest to out house but the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Wow. This Chipotle is awful. The food tastes the same as any other Chipotle but the wait times are awful. Don’t think ordering online will help either! I ordered online and still waited 30 minutes past the estimated pick up time. On top of that, when I got back to work with my order it was WRONG. Cannot wait until they open a new location in the area, this one is not worth the bother.

I mean. chipotle is chipotle. Expect long lines and food shortages. Like I said its chipotle. But in the end it’s with it. It’s cheap and get a bowl or burrito weighing 1 – 3 lbs seriously.

This is the type of inappropriate behaviors you witness when you walk into the mayfield chipotle. Two employee’s playing grab ass! No joke. This particular location is nothing to brag about to begin with however a few days ago while standing in line this is the type of behavior I witnessed. As you can see from pic the guy is behind the girl grabbing her behind. this went on for seriously like 30 seconds but he did it 3 times sporadically as we were standing in line. Several customers witnessed this and there were not many happy customers.

This Chipotle is characterized by a line that’s always 3 times as large as the number of people actually eating. Food is just like an average Chipotle but the wait times are nuts.

Prep line is the slowest I’ve ever witnessed… I’m here at 2:30 pm, it’s even a lunch/​dinner rush! Shame shame shame

They put a huge piece of fat on top of my burrito and wouldn’t take it off and also just gave a bad look when I asked for extra lettuce and didn’t give it to me. Everybody had such a bad attitude.

My biggest issue is that when you place an order ahead of time, the point is so that you can walk in, pay, and walk out. Otherwise, I’d just hop in line like the other poor planners (which I typically am 85% of the time). Well this Chipotle just completely disregarded the purpose of ordering online. I waited LONGER than had I just gotten in line. Seriously, the line was making laps around me.

Nobody rates Chipotle for the food, as a result, this review is all about service and cleanliness.
I don’t know how a restaurant that has everything set out for their employees can be so disorganized! The staff, not all, but some, are too busy joking around instead of actually serving the customers; and this location could really use a good cleaning. I don’t recommend coming here and I definitely won’t be back.

Want peppers on your burrito? Sorry, we are out of those and you have to wait 3 minutes. Want lemon for your water? Sorry we are out of those. Need a knife? None in sight.
This place is a customer service disaster. Food is scattered all around the food prep area. They are always out of something. It is the farthest cry from at the standard that a Chipotle should have.
McDonald’s better get into this place and have a firm talk with the the franchisee of this place. It needs a good slap in the face to get its act together. And tell the staff to stop rolling its eyes when customers ask for more salsa when you only put a teaspoon of it on a 10lb. burrito.

Meh. Everyone has pretty much been to a Chipotle so I won’t sit here and describe the food. I’m here more than I want to be bc my husband loves it. Decent pseudo-​Mexican food at its finest. This particular location is usually always crowded which is annoying (I’m impatient so there’s that).
The only thing I’m a huge fan of is the guac and chips. Everything else is overrated.
I will say that this place is the better option than Hot Head (bleh!).

It’s a Chipotle. But, it is usually very busy. I’ve not encountered the issues others have with waiting on ingredients, or slow lines. I have been all the way to the door and felt the line kept up.
The employees are OK. There are a few that stand out as very friendly. Nothing special for the rest.
My two complaints, which are related: the noise and the staff’s lack of hearing. The music in this place is crazy loud. I mean, I’m hyped and almost angry after eating here, and trying to have a conversation with friends. (Music selection really su ks too, but eh.) And, this is probably why the staff behind the counter has to ask me repeatedly what I said.

Seriously, go find another Chipotle to go to. I’m a chipotle fan, but I’ve never been to a slower one or one that runs of ingredients so quickly. The lines are long, even at the oddest times of the day. Also, tables needed cleaned and the seating area in general needed tidied up. A lot.
Go find a cleaner Chipotle for food if that’s what you’re looking for

Chipotles are pretty much all the same to me (which is a good thing from the corporate point of view). If you’re a regular, you know what you should be getting in regards of cleanliness, service, taste and so on…
This is the closest Chipotle to my house. The food is good, up to Chipotle taste standards and filling. This location gets really busy though during typical food rush hours! However, if you beat the rush or wait just a bit after, you can get your food SUPER QUICK! The furthest I’ve ever seen the line is about 20 people (from the counter to the door). So I guess you’re never really waiting beyond 15 minutes.
The service is quick, fast and up to par. Happy munching!

I like Chipotle. Vegetarians get free guacamole, and now they have a (so-​so) brown rice option. Tasty burritos the size of swaddled babies.
However: one or more of the following problems is a near certainty in the last year or so:
1. Cross-​contamination of fillings: bits of meat spilling out of someone else’s order into my vegetarian order; meat-​greased hands grabbing my ingredients, and my burrito being dragged through the slime of the dirty counter from end to end.
2. Incredibly long lines even at odd hours. (So I guess they don’t need to improve!)
3. Some ingredients have run out. This is especially fun when you wait in line for 15 minutes and realize they really can’t make a complete burrito after all. And even when the missing item is a major ingredient most people expect (like rice) they don’t announce this to the line: they let everyone find out the long way by asking for rice.
So I may go back occasionally – but only at REALLY odd hours; maybe late morning? Times when they are clean and well-​stocked, hopefully.
