Deacon’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I bought a used jeep at Deacon’s in Decemebr 2015. I had a very pleasant buying experience and was treated professionally by the entire staff. My sales consultant, Jessica Dudor, was very helpful during the buying process. She was knowledgable, professional and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase after I bought the vehicle. Overall, a very good experience!

Not only did they promise me my car, tell me they called on it and it will be in in 2 – 3 days, and two weeks later tell me they actually can’t get it and totally screw me, but then just washing their hands when I came in to figure out any other options I had and they told me they would rather «just not have my business» and showed me the door. THEN the 500 dollar deposit I gave them for my car, they claimed they had returned to me and I had to get my bank involved just to prove to them that they never made any effort to return my money! It took me 4 weeks of unanswered phone calls to get my money back! In fact I called today and was given the «the check is in the mail» line. If I could give less than a star, I would. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS DEALER. They are cheats, liars, and totally incompetent. There is a reason why their approval rating on Google is so low. A total waste of my time and energy.

Yesterday was the best day of my life… Going in this dealership had me so nerves because of how new everything looked… But after i sat down with Patrick i felt so comfortable he was the sweetest and funniest sales man i have ever met. He made sure with the help of others in there that i walked out with a smile from ear to ear. So if you ever interested in getting a new car stop by Deacon Chrysler they will make sure you leave happy and new…

I am Extremely pleased with the service that deacons jeep has provided ! They made my car purchase beyond stress free. I got the jeep I have always wanted and they went above and beyond to make it possible! I feel like I got the best deal I possibly could have and that they truly care about their customer I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the market for a jeep !

We really appreciate the quality customer service at this dealership. We recently needed emergency service on my Town and Country minivan and they couldn’t have been nicer. Despite the fact that they are all working under the additional stress of building a new showroom –literally a few feet from the old. They are all pleasant and courteous. They even made sure my van was washed and clean after the repair. Definitely a relief to find a place with people like Dennis (the service manager) and Joy (the receptionist) who are helpful and professional. Car repairs are stressful enough without having to worry about being taken advantage of, fortunately at Deacon’s, you don’t have to!

Nice to hear them wish us a Merry Christmas instead of a PC «Happy Holidays». I will remember that when it is time to buy my next new vehicle.

Deacon’s has done a great job on our Jeep. Warranty work done efficiently and without any hassles. Purchasing our car was quick and easy — no haggling, no walking out and coming back in, no being held hostage. Last visit we had winter tires put on from Right Turn. Done quickly and well, even had a shuttle take me to work. To our surprise, a few rattles were found and warrantied parts were replaced without a hassle. They worked with Right Turn tires easily as well.
