The food is unhealthy and they mess up our order 50% of the time and the service inside it looks dirty, and there is always people inside asking you for money or to buy them food. I will not go back inside if I do come back it will be drive-​thru only. But I must say the food is delicious.

Helllo Mcdonald’s I like your food but i dont like is when you cancelled the snack rap. I was really impressed with it when it first came out. When i tried to order it a week ago the worker there told me their not selling them anymore. I wasnt impressed with that. Would you guys bring it back pleasse lol? And another thing please keep your hamburgers fresh as possible. I found out Mcdnalds does not keep their hamburgers fresh or cheese burgers fresh. Mcdonalds has true meat refrigerated for a long time and then cook them for people who want a burger. That’s just lazy. Mcdonalds straighten up or you’ll loose business from me.

1^st time here and it’s way understaffed. Line in the drive thru was ridiculously too long. So, I parked to go inside and it was not any better. Interior was new, having been remodeled recently. But at 12 noon it appeared like the lunch rush had already destroyed the dinning room. After waiting too long in line, we get to place our order and are told the ice cream machine was broken. oh well, off to Rite Aid for original Thrifty ice cream.

The diner is horrible filthy dirty no ac is on it smells disgusting there are about 6 homeless people just relaxing in a booth who smell bad all thy do is chill with a extremely old refil cofee cup and taking naps really were supposed to bring oir kids here tis place has to get cleaned up asap

Coffee machine always broken at night.
Horrible McDonlads. There coffee machine is always not working at night. The place is so dirty you dnt even want to dine in. Your order tales 15 mins n after waiting for 15 mins they tell you coffee machine not wrking. This place needs to be checked out by corporate. Health department should shut this place down. Its horrible. Worse mcdonalds ever. Its my 5^th time coming here n sure is the last time.

I ordered and paid for 3 breakfast deluxe and i only got 2 no time to go back cuz i have to be at work and hungry cuz they forgot my food the people running this mcdonalds suck i not the only complain

First of all, the drive thru took forever and second I Got a number 2 and only got 1 cheeseburger

I’m only putting one star because I have to in order to write a review! The drive thru is horrible! Whoever is the young lady that works it after ten, is really careless always give the wrong orders or I’m missing food. Horrible over all!

The ice cream machine is always out of service!!! for three days or more & the french fries look burn because they don’t change the frying oil.

They take forever and they have so many ppl working the worst cant believe it 10 mins for a order of fries

This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a fast food establishment.
The customer service was terrible. The lobby was filthy, and the area around the ketchup dispenser and soda fountains was dirty, and infested with drain flies. When I complained about it, the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and said «quit exaggerating» out loud. The manager’s attitude was even worse.

You guys just don’t get it right, all you guys could do is complain but yet still judge the person that is working there, Us As employers don’t forget it’s not our fault that the McDonald’s doesn’t have stuff most of the time, and I’m sorry to tell you guys if your gonna Judge us please first stand in our shoes it’s not easy working there and dealing with customers that are fucken grouchy most of the time, you guys think we want to deal with that, and plus it’s not our fault they don’t put people and most of the new people are learning so you gotta give them a brake and again if you guys don’t know don’t talk thanks !! P. S I work there in the night !

Drive thru is HORRIBLE! Only came to this one because the one by my house isn’t 24 hour drive thru. I was waiting like 45 mins to an hour! I would’ve left but I couldn’t because there were cars in front and in the back if not I would’ve just tooken off. And all I was ordering was a damn frappé mocha.

They are always out of something, they take forever, worst MC. donalds ive ever been too. They, only have 1 employee working, at times that is why its always packed.

Drive thru at night takes at least 10 minutes, the fries at this location are always cold or taste old. Order accuracy is horrible. Somehow they manage to mess up my order 7 out of 10 times, never coming back here again I would rather drive further for better quality and customer service.

Horrible service if you go after 12am. They only accept cash and only have a few food selections. Apparently you can’t order a number 2 meal after 12 am because they have no bread but you can order a regular cheeseburger off the menu. I personally felt like they did not want my business.

I ordered ranch salad with small french fries with it. It took them 10 minutes to make it and there were only 4 people ordering besides me. When I finally tasted my my salad I was disappointed even more. French fries was socked in cooking oil, salad was not fresh and grilled chicken in salad was dry and tasted as if it been prepared days ago.
To make it short I will never come back to this location with dirty bathrooms and incompetent management.

Drive thu service is pretty bad. Stopped by Sunday night, just to pick up an ice cream cone and an apple pie. Right off the bat it was hard hearing the girl over the intercom, I was explaining that to her and she just brushed it off. I asked her if they still had apple pie, since they are only advertising the pumpkin pie. She said yes, took the order. Pull up to the window and this girl just has a sad look to her, (I get it. No one wants to be working Sunday night at McDs) Hands me the cone, and I pay. I asked a second time for apple pie just to reassure myself, she said yeah. Later on we find out she gave us pumpkin pie.
Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my girl ended up liking the pumpkin pie, even though we asked for apple pie. Its nothing all that bad I guess, but im sure some people would have gotten mad. (Note to the girl if she ever reads this: Keep your head up, smile even if you have to fake it. Cause even a fake smile can turn into a real one. This goes to everyone working in fast food, I get it you have to put up with alot) But customer satisfaction is the game here. And this time you didnt do such a good job.

I grew up in Maywood and this Mc. Donald’s has come along way… and I’m talking about the remodeling part of it, the customer service and the food are still the same, no bueno.
Pros: They have a 24hr drive-​thru
Cons: Their customer service is not the greatest. About 25% of the time they get my order correct. They never put any napkins on my order, I guess they assume I don’t use any :-/​
Also, most of the time their shake machine is down, oh and their restrooms are not clean.
