Customer service here is terrible! Staff and managers give me a hard time for coupons and come up with their own rules. I never have this problem with Kroger on Eldorado.
Plus this store is just old, has a strange layout and isn’t very clean.

Super clean, attractive set up, sometimes expensive! All the components of a typical Kroger. It’s absolutely possible to go into Kroger and bargain shop. When you go in for fresh produce (and I’m not referring to organic), that’s another story.
The store is always well-​kept and they keep the lines open and moving.

Store was okay not my favorite Kroger. Customer service desk needs more help. I waited in line for 15 min.

Started shopping here more recently after getting tired of Walmart. Kroger always has great deals on my sodas and there is never a line to wait in, also the self checkout is nice. Plus I don’t have to walk a mile from the parking lot.

Old and in desperate need of a total revamp. The look and age of this store is an embarrassment when compared to other Kroger stores in the area.
Even though this is the closest store I will go out of my way to avoid it and go to the one on Lake Forest or Custer. The Custer store is a wow store!

Even though this Kroger is the closest to my home by about 10 miles, I use others unless I am driving by and need something immediately. The parking lot at this location is bad (tight, odd turns, bad in/​out to 380), so you pretty much have to go out of the way and use the back entrance. The store has less stock on many items than other Kroger stores in the area, and the meat and produce is also typically smaller in stock/​selection and lower quality.

Ridgeway, VA
Another neighborhood grocery store, it stands out for two reasons — they always have rotisserie chickens and Hawaiian rolls right by the door and they have self-​check out aisles. We’ve had the chicken several times and it’s good. They have a good deli. Selection is decent in general. Prices are decent. Pretty easy-​in and easy-​out as long as you don’t need to use Hwy 380 (we come in the back way).
