They don’t even deserve one star. The most incompetent staff ever seen. The manager is rude and doesn’t have a clue what she is doing! Don’t waste your time here. They are closing soon for a reason.

Dear Banner’s Hallmark: can we review the most basic of customer service principles? When a customer(um, me) is in your store(that you are most likely paying an absolute fortune in rent for each month, so you probably want to boost sales, right?) shouldn’t your associates be courteous? You have all the great stuff for the holidays, including great Snoopy stuff, BUT… 5, yes FIVE, of your employees walked right by me at 10:30 am and did not say hi, smile, or even acknowledge my presence on this planet. While I could have easily gone wild and Snooped it up, grabbed all sorts of cool Snoopy things, boxes of Christmas cards, etc I decided to just buy the 4 birthday cards I needed, because clearly you do not value your customers.
