The manager Abel was very friendly and helpful with ordering. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was right on time. The WINGS were just what I was looking for. I will be BACK.

The remodeling has brighten up the place. The service was always excellent even before the remodeling. It definitely is a huge improvement. The wings are tasty and delicious. We come here at least 10 times a month… yes we have an addiction! I usually come for all major sporting events… due to its family friendly dining area!!!

I give this restaurant 1 star ONLY because the waitress was nice. Ordered the Pecan chicken salad and the chicken smelled boiled. Awful smell and could not eat because I was afraid of salmonella. The waitress apologized and offered to take it back, she recommended the BLACKENED chicken Caesar salad. Ok… ill try it as long as it isn’t boiled. All they did was add seasoning to the chicken… definitely not blacked, and the dressing tasted like mayonnaise. $ 10 down the drain and walked out with my stomach still growling(yup, they still charged me for a salad I didn’t eat) Oh, and you walk in and it smells like toilet. Nasty nasty place.

The atmosphere here for major soccer games is not the best. They usually prefer to play basketball games over Mexico soccer games which is a total waste of big screens! The food is the same as any other wings and rings but come on people come for the big screens and the good sport entertainment of major games.

Restaurant was empty though we had to wait for around 5minutes for the hostess to show up and then the waitress to sit us, neither of them apologized for the unnecessary wait. we sat ordered water to drink and then had to wait for an even longer time to order, after so long we decided to just walk out the restaurant.

This is a nice new location in McAllen. After trying some other wing restaurants, we thought we’d found a substitute for BW3’s, as all locations in the valley seem to have horrible service and food is either good or really bad. Wife and I hit up Buffalo Wings & Rings one day after work for a couple of brews and some happy hour wings. She got the boneless type and I had traditional style. The boneless were battered in a way I can only describe as a tempura type of shell. I’ve seen similar frying on beer battered onion rings and some other chicken strips at places. Traditional bone-in type were plump and fried nicely. We were both very happy to find a place where the service and food was good. Happy hour is a great value and they usually have daily specials. Went back a couple more times until… the place turned into BW3’s! Unbelievably bad food and service! So disappointed. They even had a sign at the register stating that poor service providing staff would be terminated, but there was not a manager in site. I don’t know what is up in the valley, but it seems like so many places have no management. Or like another reviewer said, the manager is stand offish and acts like you are in the wrong. Really sucks because I can brush off a bad waiter here and there, but this girl was rude and got the order wrong repeatedly. So we are back to wing stop. At least you don’t have to tip there.

Went here a couple of days ago and ordered the«veggie burger» but really isn’t a veggie burger they just call it that cuz it has Guacamole. It was pretty good… and then I ordered a Shock top 32oz or 40 not sure but It was only $ 6 I was like WWAAAAOOOOO… pretty cool place to go watch sports. I sat at the bar in front of the huge projector. Will be going here once nFL starts!

The only positive thing was the hostess. The server acted like we were a bother. The wings were dry like double fried or something. We tried to tell the manager, but she was aggressively confrontational with us. I got the impression she wanted to get into physical fight. No apologies for the poor food quality, just her saying, «it happens, and, what do you want me to do about it.» Well, why don’t you do your job right and keep an eye on the quality of the food that comes out of your kitchen. We will never go back.

I’ve been to this spot 2x in the past week. The food has been good, and the beer has been cold. No complaints with the service. I’ll continue coming here for Gyros and brews!
