Warm beer, greasy Pizza. Not sure who wrote the reviews but the place is not that great. A big«0» for Any atmosphere. Is it possible the owners may submit reviews???

We stayed next door at the RV park and ate here twice. They make excellent pizza and the wine coolers were perfect in the warm weather. The all meat pizza with pulled pork is really tasty. The proprietors are friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely will be back next time we are here.

We are staying at McCloud RV park and this is really close by. Pizza was excellent and wine coolers hit the spot in the hot weather! Owners are really nice. Give it a try!

Came here after a long day of hiking and we loved it! Fantastic pizza(we ordered it spicy and it was delicious) and had a taster of the beers and ended up enjoying the German alt the best. We had eaten at the fancy restaurant in McCloud the night before and enjoyed this place much more. The owners are sweet and very welcoming. Cute, homey feel with great pizza and beer-couldn’t ask for more.

Siskiyou Brew Works is the hidden gem of McCloud. Located across the street from the gas station, its right next to the big red barn. The owners, Sue and Pat, are delightful people and are always there to chat and help explain the beer and pizza selection. The pizzas are delicious served with fresh ingredients and tasty crust. My Italian godfather couldn’t believe how good the pizza was and his comparisons are with the pizza in Naples. They also have a healthy selection of great micro-brews and my personal favorite is the Old English! Properly named by Pat, the beer man. All the beers rock — I would recommend trying the flights for a good range. My husband and I consider this place a must whenever we are in town. Don’t miss it!

Tried to Come here after a day of skiing, was super excited about the beer and pizza. After about 20 minutes of trying to find this place(Google maps can’t find it and very poor signage) finally found it and it was closed despite the website(which also was hard to navigate and very uninformative) saying it was open. Very disappointed and very hungry :(

Love this place! Best pizza I’ve had in years and years. Amazing home made microbrews, and an awesome environment for both families and singles. We look forward to coming back every winter! Homemade pizza straight from the open air kitchen to your table, can’t beat it! Seriously delicious pizza pies and family fun, if you’re in the area this is a must-try.

This review is on the Pizza only, as I was unable to try the beer selection. We ordered 2 pizzas by phone and told to pick up in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizzas. They were busy, and only have 2 small electric conveyer ovens, so I can understand. Took both pizzas home. One was good, but the other was very soggy and flaccid. You couldn’t pick up a slice because it would come apart in your hand. Flavor was good on both pizzas, but we found the crust was a bit dense and lacked flavor. However, the toppings were good and fresh. Service was friendly, but lacked experience. I would eat here again. This seems to be a business starting out small and doing the best they can with what they have. I think a bit more yeast in the pizza dough, longer proofing time, longer cooking time and better ovens would help tremendously. I also believe these changes will come in time.

They have a sign that says: ” This is NOT a fast food restaurant. This is a slow food restaurant“ It took about 45 mins to get our pizza even though there were only two other people who got there before us. The owners were really nice though. The beer was good, the pizza was good. I guess it’s a good reminder to take your time and be present in the moment. I just wish I wasn’t starving! The 45 minute wait for food was torturous.

Pizza was good, beer was OK. 4 of us dropped by on a Friday evening. 2 of us ordered one pizza and some beer. The other two ordered their own pizza and some beers. Beer was good, not outstanding, but good. There were some major issues with the order, things got fouled up somewhere along the way and we all ended up with the wrong pizzas. Sort of a disappointment, but what we got was good, hot and tasty. The guys behind the counter eventually figured it out. No real apology from them, but they did sort of admit they messed it all up. Only other issue was they accidentally billed one of us $ 500 on the visa card for one of the pizza’s. They sorted that out, but just kind of put a damper on the whole evening. Good pizza and the beer was all right. Not sure I’d stop again due to the confusing comedy of errors. Might have just been an off night for them.

The beer is great! Brewmaster Pat knows his beer and is happy to talk about it if you ask him. He’s an artist, and beer is his medium! The porter was fantastic! We loved the kölsch(Rescue Ale) and the Belgian(Red Cloud Ale). Don’t come here for overly hoppy beer; this is great, authentic beer. The pizza is a plus; we had the California pizza, and it was great. McCloud may be a little out of your way, but if you can get here, come see Pat!

Great pizza with straightforward and fresh ingredients. Beer tastings«a flight» is a cheap way to try all their beers. Great way to end a day exploring the outdoors. We will be back after every fishing trip.

I have never been so excited to write a review of a restaurant! This find alone justifies my downloading of the Unilocal app which allowed my family to discover this gem. The Good: my parents say the beer was quite good. They have their own recipes based on English, German, and Belgian traditions. If you are looking for over hopped west coast brews, this is not the place. They do have a flight available. The Better: my strawberry lemonade was amazing! I didn’t even like strawberry lemonade until an hour ago. The woman was so lovely and explained how she made it, a process which involves pureeing berries and no gross syrups. So good! Also fabulous was the pizza. We got a medium(called«second growth» size) Shasta Avenue, a delicious vegetarian option heaped with zucchini, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. The crust is thin and full of enough bubbles that the three of us didn’t have to fight over bubble pieces. The Best: by far the most enjoyable aspect of this dining experience was the company. Both owners came out to chat. The man was happy to explain the beer making process, describe the ingredients, and answer questions. Again, the wife shared lemonade tips. They were friendly and helpful. This welcoming vibe was expanded by the wall full of funny signs about beer. Overall, a delightful dinner. I would give it ten out of five since I liked the place and the people so much, but my parents thought the beer may have been a bit overhyped, resulting in the deduction of a star. That all being said, perhaps the most important take away from my review should be this: the restaurant is located in the McCloud Dairy Barn. The brewery sign is small so we drive past; look for the big red building instead.

We got a flight to help us choose, then enjoyed the afternoon with a Belgian beauty. She was delightful with my pulled pork sandwich. These wonderful folks are passionate about what they do and treat their customers like family. If you are traveling up Interstate 5, you must take a short detour to McCloud on Highway 89 to see the majestic Mt. Shasta from the other side with a pint from Siskiyou Brew Works in hand. Cheers!

This place does beer and pizza and BOTH are amazing! Quality micro-brew beer and perfect pizza to go with it. Not to mention its in a great location right off 89 and in an awesome old barn! The owners are so friendly and they make you want to hang out longer. Go here. Drink Beer. Eat Pizza. You’re welcome.

What a gem to go to in McCloud! The owner is so welcoming and inviting. I have a very independent 2 year old that always seems to roam around when dining in. Which is nerve racking to me. However, everyone else seems to be whatever about. The IPA and calzones are to die for… You can taste the TLC in it. **** The key to this place is to pre order your food at lease a half an hour before your arrival****

We tried all 5 beers on tap. ½ pints of Porter, Belgium, Lite Pale, IPA, and Kölsch. IPA and Belgium were our favorites. Ordered the mushroom, pineapple, and Canadian bacon pizza. Crispy delicious crust and fresh ingredients. Will be back!
