We just went here for a weekend (it’s just 2.5 hours from DC) and it was a wonderful place. The owners have kept this place in immaculate condition, with a garden full of luscious plants; ponds and hiking trails; and fields with cows roaming around. The accommodations are simple, but more than adequate. The owners are a sweet couple that have owned the place for almost 50 years. We are already thinking about the next time we can go back!
