Poor customer service and unwilling to accomodate any changes to photos made over the phone. Paid $ 20 for photo to be retouched, and they messed up my eyes. I asked them to politely remove the retouching (WHICH I PAID FOR), and they explained that I would have to pay $ 20 again. The photographer never explained any of this to me. What kind of professional photo company does not keep copies of previous photos until the client recieves the finalized photos to ensure the client is happy? Very unprofessional & the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She left me with no options & unsatisfied. I will not give them my business again.
