So my son asked if I would pick up flowers for him but unfortunately Lockers Flowers was closing in 5 min. I can’t believe they stayed and waited for me to pick up the flowers. They even put them together last minute for me. Such awesome customer service! I will go back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a lovely arrangement.

Worst arrangement I have ever received. They were not the colors we asked for. There was more greenery than flowers. They didn’t even look like a florist put them together, it was a mangled, messy, sloppy, rush job. In what universe does orange pass for white? I’m glad this was just one arrangement and not multiple for an event. I will never use them again and if they can’t even get one bouquet right; how do you suppose they handle important events. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option.

Terrible costumer service! Went to a bridal show and lady with reddish spike hair was rude. For someone who is trying to get people to come to your place you were terrible. You weren’t going to sign our paper so bride could enter to win grand prize because bride wasn’t at your station. Work on your skills!

The most important flower arrangement I order lately is for a friend or family member that has been laid to rest. If I order flowers for someone, I want it to stand out in a room full of arrangements. I want the family and friends to know I mourn the loss to us all in this passing. I have ordered 5 arrangements from Lockers and when the family thanks you for the beautiful flowers you know you received the service you ordered. They have never disappointed me, I would recommend your next order from Lockers for that huge arrangement you want to stand out in a room.

For the cost I expected better service.
The pricing was good until all these mistakes were made.
Our flowers for the altar did not arrive on time. So our altar was empty and barren of life. My nieces did not receive their flowers. Apparently these were never written down, but I’m pretty sure we discussed them. I don’t know what happened there. It could have been a miscommunication. But I felt bad for my new nieces.
The bouquets were lovely, but mine was supposed to have crystals in it. It didn’t.
I would go with them again. But I would definitely set up a final meeting to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Went here to get flowers for my girlfriend a few months back, and what struck me first was the atmosphere. It was slightly busy, and the way the shop was set up, it felt like you just walked straight into a greenhouse. Very cool, and very relaxed. Then you literally walk into a large «locker» refrigerator unit and pick out what you want. The employees were helpful and friendly, making polite conversation.
