We purchased our new furnace and air conditioner from Official two or three years ago. Every year when we get our air conditioner cleaned, it stops working two weeks later. This is so frustrating! They are accommodating to come out to fix the problem, but this time around they were unable to fix it in their visit. I will probably not use them again because it is just too much of a pain to have our new ac break after they are supposed to be maintaining it. Going to call Ibbotson in the morning to have it fixed again.
