Preferred did roof and gutters for a neighbor. I spoke with the foreman (owner?) about an estimate for new gutters on my house. He gave me his card and said he’d be back to finish up the neighbors in a day or two and would give me a quote then. He was back numerous times but never gave me the estimate. After four phone calls with no response and no estimate, I hired someone else. Can’t comment on the quality of their work but their business acumen is awful. If you’re too busy or don’t want the work, tell the customer!

I scheduled an estimate for a new roof. This company was supposed to come and called an hour before our scheduled meeting to say they were running late and arrived 2 hours later only to tell me they didn’t have time to do the estimate but would come back later in the day. Then, they came back at the agreed upon time but said they’d need a ladder to see the roof as it was two floors up. The size/​style of the house was was given on the phone when the estimate was scheduled. I don’t understand why a roofer estimator didn’t bring a ladder. He said he’d come back two days later with his own ladder and provide an estimate but I never heard back. Eventually I called to see what happened and he said he’d have the estimate provided via email. I checked my spam folder and there was no estimate. It’s been a week since then and still nothing. After this many issues, its pretty clear that they are not reliable to even consider working with. Maybe they just don’t want business.

The company doesn’t just quote a price and do the work they treat the home owner as someone who had a real problem. Paul West was my initial contact and was very professional.
I would recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs repairs or replacement of their roof or siding or gutters, etc.
Charlie Hershey, foreman, made this «interesting hail event» in my life much more tolerable.
The job quotation was definitely competitive and very reasonable. The materials used were excellent. The workers were very polite and efficient.
