Safari Childcare

Zero stars! This daycare has been permanently closed, as it should have been! Our son received multiple injuries of ‘unknown origin’ while in their care, bites, bruises, scratches. He only went part time and there was always an issue. We pulled him out 2 months before the state forced it to close its doors!

I brought my 6 month old here… once…for 7 hours… came in to find him on the floor, alone, screaming and crying. I stood there waiting for someone to let me in until I couldn’t stand it and went over the gate to console my baby. I found out from the teacher that they did not feed him at all in the 7 hours he was there. I was horrified. I filed complaints, never hearing a word. I have found out from other parents that they were also charging people full price even though 4-​C was assisting. Awful place

This is by far the WORST DAYCARE EVER!!! Unfortunately for my step daughter she has no choice but to go there. The people who work there are not very professional at all, no uniforms of any kind and some of the people working there just look like they rolled out of bed.
They also do not take credit/​debit cards, or checks, but they do only take EXACT CASH… Seriously u have to have the exact dollars and change otherwise they will not let u pick up or drop off your child.
Safari daycare needs to step it up ALOT in every part of the business that they work for, they should have more professional people working there, easier forms of payment no matter if they have to pay a fee to run a credit or debit card and they need to learn how to keep children CLEAN and in the rooms where they are supposed to be. I hate picking up my step daughter and first not being able to find her and then seeing she’s covered in pasta sauce or sticky syrup… When we drop our child off I expect her to be as clean as when we dropped her off when she is picked up. The «curriculum» as well should be better developed or they should take the «preschool» sign off the front of the building; I feel like my step daughter is around the younger children because she has been «baby talking» a lot lately and I know for a fact she’s a very smart kid. I don’t like feeling like having her there «dumbs» her down.
If it were up to me she would go to a BETTER daycare where they actually care about the children!!!

Aside from them only wanting cash payments, this location will allow ANYONE to pick up your child, despite any active court orders or their ‘security’ system.
Anything goes at this place and their take on it is «We don’t like to get involved in disputes’. This place is run by very immature adults.
