Dungans Floors Walls and Windows

We have always had great service from Dungan’s and our last carpet installation was no different. We have had carpet installed in 3 different rooms in our house on 3 separate occasions and they have always been fantastic to work with. Their customer service is great, their selections are large (especially for carpet), the pricing is good and the installation is clean and professional. I would not consider going anywhere else honestly for our flooring and I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had engineered hard wood floors installed in Fall of 2012 by Dungan’s. Customer service is great. This is a family company and the owners are knowledgeable and friendly. Floors are beautiful. We are going to have them replace our carpet also. I’ve used Dungan’s and so have friends. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and trying to do some of the work ourselves. We went to dal tile to look at tile for the backsplash. Daltile only sells tile to contractors but we can buy the tile from a distributor. So we went to a local company close to our house which was Dungans floor and carpet on Virginia in McKinney. We were greeted by a nice lady that tried to help us
but didn’t know prices. So the owner Linnie of dungans showed up and gave us prices of the tile we had samples of from daltile. So we had her order the tile and she said the tile would be available for us to pick up at daltile in Plano in a couple of days. The next day she called and said the tile is on back order and will take 3 weeks. We were disappointed but waited. 3 weeks came and she never called us. We called her and said the tile is at daltile. Daltile is a another nightmare. We picked up half the tile because half was still on backorder. Daltile finally received the rest of the tile and Linnie at Dungans didn’t care how much trouble we were having nor did she return our calls. Finally my husband spoke to her about a refund daltile was suppose to give her and then she was suppose to give us for broken tile and she said it wasn’t her problem and she didn’t need to give us customer service. My husband asked her if she made any profit from our order And she said yes. Now tell me why doesn’t she think we deserve customer service? She treated us as if we didn’t order 6 hundred dollars worth of tile from her company. How stupid of her to not realize that we are remodling our house not just the kitchen and may have used her company again. Now all we want to do is tell anyone and everyone we know not to use Dungans for anything. The worst company and rudest person my husband and I have ever encountered. Run far away from Dungans and never look back if you want customer service and pleasant people to work with after they take your money. Never never again and I do not get Linnie treats her customers as she did us.
