Jump’N Land

Like a previous reviewer said, I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. We had my son’s 4^th birthday party here, and it was a disaster start to finish.
First, his party was supposed to start at 10:00. We get there at 9:45 to set up, and NO ONE was there and no one is answering the phone. Guests start arriving and still NO ONE is there. One girl finally shows up around 10:15. The AC wasn’t on inside (did I mention the party was in July???) and the inflatables were deflated so we had to wait for them to inflate the things. It never cooled off. All the kids were sweating. Drinks weren’t cold. It was generally a miserable experience.
I was able to negotiate with the manager that all I paid was the deposit (roughly ½ what it should have cost) and I still felt ripped off. Luckily, the kids didn’t really know what was going on and my son had a good time, but I will NEVER go there again and I will actively tell parents to avoid this place for parties. Instead, go check out The Little Gym on McKinney Ranch Pkwy. They have birthday parties figured out.
Oh yeah … one more thing. The place is not even close to clean. The bathrooms are gross and the party rooms are dim and less than spotless. Ewww.

LOVE this place! My kids have so much fun here! I first learned of this place when we attended a friends sons birthday party here. The kids were having so much fun we couldn’t get them to leave. The price is the best part. No paying by the hour like other jump places. You pay one price and could stay there from open to close if you choose. Very clean. Bring your kids here and you won’t be disappointed.
