Hot and Ready? More like cold and wait for it. Showed up last night at 6:30 to grab a hot and ready pizza only to find nothing hot nor ready. This place has teenage management; sometimes that’s awesome, depends on the teens. This location’s employees just don’t care. They don’t care that we asked for cheese bread and instead got breadsticks, nor do they care that we asked for a cheese pizza and instead got the greasiest cardboard pizza ever. Never again.

I agree with the others, this place is no bueno. It’s not the kids as most have left but a major lack of caring. I wait outside since they open at 10:30 and they keep looking at me till 10:40 to open the door. I order the Italian cheese bread. It came out faster and more over cooked than I’ve ever seen. Plenty of other locations in town, avoid this one.

Use to frequent this location years ago, frequently… and recently have stopped by on a few occasions for something quick and cheap on my way home. Well, you get what you pay for… A lifeless, uninspiring pizza with but a hint of tomato sauce, cardboard crust and paper thin peperoni that will fill you up quick… BUT, my grip with this location is that, as the previous poster said, it’s nothing but kid’s running the place and they are lifeless zombies with zero personality that talk like they are reading from dummy cards… Now, when I enter an establishment, I look at the person straight in the eye, acknowledge them, smile, and say«Hello», it’s only polite… but when they do not return the gesture nor a smile, and barely say 1 word to you besides a forced and trained«Thank You», it just seems rude… I know they probably hate their jobs but don’t inflict those emotions on me as well, I didn’t place you in that uniform and toss you in there… when I worked fast food as a teenager, I was smiling with a hello, and greeted the customers very politely with an obscene amount of energy… unless they were assholes, then I would kill them with over-exaggerated kindness that would just HAVE to get under their skin… I love my little tortures.

This place is just down the street from me. I called up and ordered a large pizza with four toppings. I got there about 10 minutes later and they did not have my order and did not know what I had ordered. I repeated it at least 4 times and finally insisted on writing it down on paper. There were 4 kids manning the place; no adults in sight. One of them couldn’t have been more than 13 or 14. Large with 4 toppings finally cost $ 9.30 and I picked it up at the store.
