This review is based on my most recent customer service. Frequent this location on occasions for a breakfast sandwich or hot chocolate. Yesterday, February 29, 2016 I purchased two breakfast burritos. One of them contained a hard pebble or small stone resulting in a broken tooth(molar). When I called and spoke to Jullian(one of several managers), he offered to replace the burrito but said that they would not pay for my tooth to be repaired or replaced.

Look… it’s McDonalds. If you come here with expectations of some juicy hamburger you’ll be disappointed. Me, I just come here to make the kids happy. Order was served correctly, place is very clean and employees are friendly. I can start going on about health crap, how much they pay, etc, but it’s Unilocal,not a pulpit. For what I paid, everything was fine and I’ll return.

We went through to grab breakfast. I had to give the girl our order 3 times before it was correct. Then we got everything and we got the pancakes, no syrup and we had no straws or napkins for our food. And of course, I didn’t realize until we had driven away.

Usually very good for breakfast. I stopped to get a burger since I had no breakfast or lunch the other day. I ordered a Quarterpounder w/Cheese, and was surprised at how it didn’t taste the way they used to. I haven’t eaten one in many years. I also noticed that the bun was more airy(fluffy), and fell apart very easy. Did they reduce the sodium content? The meat didn’t have much taste to it… Don’t think I’ll be going back for their burgers, as I already think the Big Mac is way over priced, and now their Quarterpounder sux. Their fries are still great!

All of the national advertising about McDonald’s serving breakfast all day and it was not true! Just ordered an egg mc muffin and I was told that we do not serve breakfast all day! I said that I had just watched a McDonald’s commercial advertising it and they said«we are not doing it here»! So much for all those advertising dollars.

…do not go to this location!!! A friend went and upset the manager by simply advising her that her order was wrong. They made her a new sandwich and when she got home… there was spit in it!!!

We went through the drive-thru at 1220am. And I understand it’s late so a wait is not ever the issue. I’ve waited 20 minutes and not cared because let’s be real, 20 min at almost 1230am is tough alone. But we went through this drive thru and they didn’t even warn us at the speaker that they only had the ability to accept cash. So we wait 25 minutes for our food and then we can’t even get it because they don’t accept our debit card. And honestly, when has a fast food place ever not accepted a card. Sad McDonald’s. That’s just sad.

I’m not a fan of McDonalds. Sometimes you have to take one for the team. I ordered the yogurt parfait and grilled chicken sandwich. The parfait had mushy fruit and the chicken sandwich had soggy lettuce. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly.
