Butchered! I was cut multiple times, on my cuticles and from nail clippers. Nails came out crooked and cut short down to the nub! My basic manicure was pricey and I was charged extra to remove previous gel nail polish. Overall experience was painful! I Will not go back!

I got the most basic mani & pedi and it was $ 33 + tip. Loving my nails, super cute summer color! Normally my pedicure experiences are bad but this one was great, they did not try to do surgery on my toes nails like most places. They were very gentle while being completely effective. They also took me as a late customer and totally did not have to. The person doing my pedicure was John, I do not know the name of the guy who worked on my manicure. I highly recommend giving Star Nails a try.

Not Impressed… I can see through my Next Gen and my daughters nails looks like the paint was just slapped on… not to mention my cut the lady gave me with a file and I was bleeding and she didn’t even do anything… and they put me and my daughter in separate rooms and I was hoping to spend time with my daughter… upsetting

I have had some pretty traumatic instances when it came to getting my nails done(One that involved surgery)… so to find this place has been a dream come true!!! They are so nice and professional, and Tammy is the first person to ever NOT make me bleed in a manicure! GOHERE.

This is my go to nail salon! Clean, friendly, busy, but not too busy for walk-ins! I always ask for Tony! So very relaxing.

They have all kinds of stuff going on here and some of it is not just for the women. While I am guy, I do enjoy getting my feet worked on. The first time I had a pedicure, I was a little nervous because I was self conscious being a guy. With both my wife and daughter, I have been here a couple of times. They get their nails done and I get my feet sanded and scrubbed. Everybody here treats you with tender loving care. The last time, I got the deluxe pedicure and, after one day, my feet still feel wonderful. I have to admit, yesterday, I did get some strange looks from a few of the other guys that were waiting for their girlfriends and wives. All I can say is if you try it, you might like it.

Pleased with service, the regular pedicure was just fine for me — instead of the deluxe. I enjoyed my visit. Should have gotten the pink & white — vs the gels — but they didn’t address the length of my nails when I asked for it… now i have lovely uneven gelled nails.

Let me start by saying I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the«Star» treatment. It’s GOOOOOOD! Ladies, pink and white sets are perfect. The nail tech’s pay attention to detail. The nails are thin, perfectly shaped every time and the products are good quality. I like the fact that they sanitize everything very well. So if they scrubbed a callous or bunyan off of Big Mama’s foot, they don’t use the same loofah for your pedicure. My favorite technicians are the owner, Crystal and Dana. You must book an appointment with Crystal, as she’s in high demand. Dana is generally available. If there is a mistake they fix it with a smile rather than a groan. The shop has the latest spa massage chairs, along with OPI polish and colored powders for solar sets. Oh and did I mention they have wine, gratis with any service? Even when I move to Dallas proper I’ll drive to McKinney to maintain my nails, feet and brows. It’s worth the trip and cost. Star Nails solar set are $ 40 – 45. Pedicures $ 28. Brow waxings are $ 10. You are paying for service, precision and wine. YUM!
