Awesome service… great employees. Very informative and helped save my xbox one… I was quoted over a hundred dollars at two different locations including Microsoft which when I sent it in they wouldn’t work on it bc it’s been opened before. It was less than half that at Ubreakifix and they were quick. Thanks so much… you earned a lifelong customer from one visit.

Kind of long but worth it… The guys at Ubreakifix seem like nice guys. I came in with a cracked screen and the iPhone button missing. To get the screen fixed it was $ 140 and for the button it was $ 53. I thought the screen and button were all one piece. I decided not to get the button fixed because I was not prepared to pay $ 53 for it. I came back to pick my phone up and it LOOKED great. Later that night my phone died and I put it on the charger. As I waited an hour or so, I noticed my phone still had not come on, just the small red line with the battery. This was the case all night. This had never happened before and I had my phone for about a year. The next day I immediately took it back to Ubreakifix. The same thing there, no charge. They said I may need a new battery. I told them I seriously doubt it because the phone was fairly new. They looked at it, removed my battery and replaced it. It came on and started charging. They wanted me to pay for it but I felt that was not my fault and the battery worked fine before I came there, they agreed. The next day as I went to visit family for Christmas, my phone died and I began charging it. Hours went by and the same problem from before. I took my phone to the Apple Store(which I started to do from the beginning) and they told me the reason why my phone is not charging is because the iPhone can’t recognize the codes/numbers. He said you have a $ 3 screen from China and your battery is not Apple either. He said the numbers have to match in order for it to continue to work. He said Apple used to not fix phones that go to 3rd party places but so many people get ripped off they changed the policy. I never mentioned the screen and/or battery was replaced. I only told them my phone will not charge nor come on. It was very inconvenient to go home and visit family and not be able to communicate with a cell phone. I would say take your Apple products to Apple. It’s not worth the hassle. The prices are just about the same(Apple may be a little cheaper) and you know they will fix it right. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I don’t think that’s right, to make someone’s phone worse than when they brought it in. Especially if they know that very well can happen with fake/duplicate parts from China.

It’s great to have a service like this available considering the alternative expense of replacing an iPhone or having it repaired by the manufacturer. The technician was friendly, the phone was fixed in about 2 hours, the resulting repair was perfect, and the cost(about $ 140 out the door) was reasonable. Highly recommended unless you have a friend or family member that can do this for you just as competently and less expensively.

Highly recommend! This is the first time for me to ever break a phone screen. After googling several iPhone glass repair companies(most of the business are no longer in business) I found ubreakifix in McKinney. emailed through their website to have a quote, and in under 5 minutes I had an email and a call with a very reasonable quote($ 129). I need my phone for work and their speed to get me the phone back was amazing. I dropped my phone off at 3:20 and I was able to pick my phone back up at 4:05. This has been my first dealings with them, and hopefully my last, but if I do unfortunately shatter my screen again, I will come back to have them repair it.

These guys are the best! The customer service is top notch. I bring every electronic problem I have to them. They even fixed my piano keyboard! They carry a 90 day warranty, and really stand by it. Don’t go anywhere else. This is your best option.

UBREAKIFIX — A HUGE thank you for saving me well over $ 100! Almost a year ago, I took my iPad to them to add a protective screen and they talked me into also putting one on my iPhone, which I did. Last week I drop the phone face first and it shatters. I take it back to UBREAKIFIX for assessment of the damage, and it was only the protective screen that shattered which saved my phone — with a $ 20.00 fix. I have no doubt without this protective screen I would have had to replace the glass, which is crazy expensive. I can’t thank these guys enough, they replaced the protective screen in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way! I recommend this place to everyone! Seriously, these guys are amazing, and much cheaper than dealing with replacements and insurance deductibles! Thank you guys, you’re the BEST!

My wife’s iPad2 was suffering from the notorious loose ribbon cable problem, where the screen looks like you’ve been dropping LSD when you use it. The glass wasn’t cracked, the screen itself was(I was sure) totally functional. The tech at uBreakiFix looked it over and agreed with the prognosis. He said it would be about $ 50 if that was the extent of it, or about $ 150 if it needed a screen replacement. Since we dropped it off early on a Saturday, he was confident that we’d have it back the same day. Sure enough, they called a couple of hours later, saying it was done. When we got to the shop, they told us that it was, indeed, the ribbon cable, no screen replacement needed! So, $ 50 and change later, we were on our way, and the iPad looked great! If you look really hard, you can see very slight evidence of where they«went in», but really, it’s hard to find. Bottom line: for $ 50 and a little time, our iPad looked as good as new. We’re completely thrilled!

Great service at a great price! Used the best price guarantee. Was in and out with a new iphone screen in less than 30 min. Going back this week to get a new otterbox case. They had a good selection and were much cheaper than the AT&T store.

Took in my wife’s iPhone and they were able to replace the broken screen under an hour after trouble shooting it. Their pricing is comparable to other places, but they knew what they doing.

I admit I know very little about fixing iPad screens, but I stopped in and asked about fixing a screen on my daughters iPad mini 1 that she accidentally dropped… I was told about $ 150, which to me seems quite high, considering right now on Amazon a new one is $ 240.
