Nice place to live. Starbucks and Harris Teeter at the same building. Cozy decoration, great natural light into the apartments, pretty brand new appliances and bathrooms, nice gym and wonderful and kind staff. I’ve been living there for almost 8 months and it was really great. Highly recommendable!

I just moved in about a week ago and so far the property management and concierge have been wonderful. The apartment itself is beautiful and living above Harris Teeter is an added bonus. I definitely made the right choice in moving here above all of the other options here in the Tysons area.

The apartment changed it’s management company summer of 2014. Everything went downhill with the new mangement company. No more plush ameneties such as monthly resident parties. Maintanese staff was cut from 3 to 2 as well.
Only thing they did made sure to do was to increse the rent! They have been having tough time finding new tanents, so they are taking in a lot of short term leases. It suck to have all this short term people roaming around. This used to be a nice, safe and luxury place. Not anymore.

Awesome lofts, amenities, and staff! I love love love this building and I will be sad when we leave. Best in tysons corner hands down!

I stayed in this complex while I was on a business trip, and these lofts are pretty badass. Not that I’d ever want to permanently stay here, but it was nice to rest up in this place.
The gym is nice and spacious, and it’s got a Starbucks and a grocery store attached.
