NRC Landscape Construction

NRC (& Nick especially) were great to work with from start to finish. He listened to what our «vision» was for our landscaping & his suggestions were spot on. He came up with a great design with plants that fitted perfectly given the existing surroundings and the amount of sunlight the proposed location would get. He supported us with design plans needed to get through the (dreaded!) HOA application and was communicative throughout. Cost wise he was very competitive and, given the level of service, we had no reason to consider others. Installation went exactly as planned and we are thrilled with the results. We highly recommend NRC.

Nick from NRC Landscape did a great job installing our pervious paver driveway. He worked with us to come up with a layout that met our requirements and provided lots of pictures and references to help us navigate through all the possibilities. His suggestions on walkway lighting turned out great!
Nick spends time working with his customers to ensure their needs are met. We plan to use him again for additional work.

We found Nick & NRC from the Techo-​Bloc website when we were looking for quotes to install a new patio with pavers. Right away, it was apparent Nick shows an energy and a passion for creating unique outdoor spaces which the other companies we had out did not. Other landscapers gave us a very basic square design without much interest for about the same unit cost while NRC exceeded our expectations with a great design (with a CAD rendering) for a two-​tiered patio with a combination of large slab pavers with a circle paver inset and border that utilized other parts of our backyard we had not even thought of; plus he thought to include a pergola that adds shade and visual interest. NRC’s design did stretch to the limits of our budget, but the value far exceeded the cost. Nick will definitely work with you on the design if you are working on a tight budget.
Overall we were pleased with the execution. My wife and I work in construction so we have a critical eye for quality craftsmanship. NRC’s crews worked hard and did a pretty good job, and where they came up short, Nick was very quick to address the issues so we were satisfied. We did have a few issues with his suppliers getting materials delivered but Nick did his best to expedite the deliveries and always made sure to communicate the schedule as it changed. We also really appreciated that Nick was willing to work with us and not nickle and dime us as some minor changes from the design and bid were needed during installation.
In the end, we would encourage anyone looking to improve their yard to give NRC a call to see what Nick and his crew’s can do.
