Healthy offerings… I love Panera so much. I enjoy using the new terminals to order and have my food brought to my table. The staff here is kind. Thanks and I’m sure you’ll see me soon!

Very disappointed with my food and the service. Food seemed burnt and they forgot to give me the bread for my soup. When I drove back to the store I had to talk to their manager… just for bread. Don’t waste your time.

I work nearby and when I don’t bring lunch would sometimes stop by here for a sandwich, online ordering. On several occasions I’ve gotten botched orders. One time it was french onion soup that came with no croutons or cheese. Just brown onion water. Most recently I ordered a WHOLE Napa Almond Chicken salad. I got HALF of one, and upon inspection, the bread was wet and sandwich dripping. Disgusting. Went back inside to get my money back, but the line was out the door. F* this, I thought, and tossed the concoction in the garbage. Yeah, I know, I tossed away $ 8 because I was pissed. Live and learn. I won’t be coming back, to ANY Panera. Also, there’s a horrible lingering stench of b.o. I wouldn’t eat a meal in there if you paid me.

One of my favorite Paneras in the area. And they accept Android pay. The staff is friendly and the coffee is fresh. You can’t go wrong with the pick 2!

Very busy spot for lunch. Lines are everywhere but they have enough seats. Cashiers are not friendly at all. But the manager works so hard. Taste: OK. I like pastries with lots of nuts and sandwiches. Price: OK. Around $ 10 for a meal. Atmosphere: Casual. Parking: Free garage.

This panera is inside the mall. It’s very busy but the line moves fast. It’s great that they deliver your food to your table. On a bad note, I came here on a Saturday morning for breakfast and they ran out of breakfast soufflés! Definitely will prefer to go to another location next time.

One thing is consistent with Panera Bread, the bagels are always good. No matter what location. The crusty outside and the soft chewy inside one comes to expect from a good bagel. Their coffee is okay but the drink to get is the green tea passion fruit ice tea and mix that with unsweetened tea with mango and a couple of lemons! Refreshing! I do enjoy schmearing their quality cream cheese(chive and onion) onto a toasted everything bagel. I’ve also had their bagel breakfast sandwiches which are good. Cookies arent too good but the blueberry muffin has chunks of juicy blueberries. The quality of food is very good but the problem with this location is consistency of service. Sometimes you get great service, sometimes not so much. It’s really hit and miss. Hint: dont forget to join their club where you get rewards from a free cookie or treat on you birthday to free food/discounts as you accumulate visits and amount of money you spend.

I’m usually easygoing and don’t complain, but this location is horrible. My food came out quickly, but half the bowl of pasta was cold. I went up to the counter to let someone know and they took the bowl from me without a word and popped it in the microwave. He handed it back to me and it was so hot I burned my tongue. The spoon I was given for my soup was sticky and leads me to wonder how clean the kitchen is. Do NOT come here! Panera should be ashamed of this store.

This is the worst location! It I could give them zero stars I would. I order large catering orders from this location and every time the botch the order. The first order they gave us pb&j sandwiches instead of Sierra Turkeys which we ordered. Today, all of the beverages were hot and the sodas were shaken. If you need to order from Panera use the Leesburg location.

I went for lunch yesterday with my family. Ordering the food and eating went off without a hitch and was very pleasant. Then my mother went to pick up a to-go box for her leftovers and found two lives roaches in the top box. She(having a big fear of bugs) Unilocaled and thrust the box at an employee across the counter. He and a second employee looked in the box and laughed before he shook them out(presumably on the ground behind the counter?). A third employee then came over and asked what happened. My mom told him what she saw in the box and he looked in the now empty box and said that she lied and walked away. Then they came to clear out table and didn’t mention it again(or say anything else insulting) as we left. It was so odd. I love Paneras, but I don’t think we’ll be going back to that one.

This is the second time I come to this store this week and they don’t have coffee, and I’m talking about regular plain coffee, not one drop of any type or roast(the big thermos are not even there) A breakfast place without coffee? Really? «The machine is broken» Do they only have one brewer? The manager must be either very incompetent, or just doesn’t care. Also one of the doors(the one closest to the parking lot) has been broken for weeks(at least) I’m not coming back here.

I have gone to this establishment about a dozen times now. Getting pastries aren’t a problem but to get food is. They always seem to get my order wrong!

I frequent this location as it is close to home. I usually call in my order and pick up within 10 – 15 minutes. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Its pretty busy and they do their best to get you in and out as quick as possible. Very busy shopping center so parking is limited. One thing to make note of is that they charge $ 2 extra if you ask for extra cheese on a Cesar salad-just letting you know.

I was at the mall today and it was hard to find a parking spot, but found one on the second level thinking ‘great! I can use the bridge to cross with my stroller’. FAIL. Apparently the bridge is on the third level lol. I have two little kids(one in a stroller) so when I got to the stairs I was like — are you kidding? *sigh. I figured carrying the stroller down the stairs would be easier than getting everyone back to the car, into the car and trying to find another parking spot(plus the wind was blowing and I just wanted to get the kids inside fast). Just as I was about to tackle the stairs, a gentleman started running up the stairs. Looking like he was in a hurry, I moved my kids to the side to wait for him to rush past. He noticed what I was about to do and scooped up my stroller and carried it all the way down stairs for me! I was in complete AWE! It was such a HUGE help to me, plus he looked like he was in a huge hurry to begin with, but he still didn’t hesitate to help. Turns out, this was the General Manager of Panera. WOW! Totally awesome of him and it really relieved a stressful situation lol. THANKYOU! And see you soon! Who said chivalry was dead?

I had lunch here recently. I had their«Pick Two» combo. I chose salad and sandwich; you get a ½ portion of each. I had the Cobb salad and chipotle chicken panini. In the interest of full disclosure, I have a bias against chain establishments. The salad was decent; the sandwich should have had more time in the panini press. The panini bread was not really toasted and didn’t appear to have had any butter or oil spread before toasting it. I really didn’t detect the chipotle spice on the sandwich. Overall, I would say that my experience was typical for Panera. My view of Panera is that you get an average product slightly overpriced. What I got was pretty much what I expected. If you are a Panera fan, this restaurant is right for you.

This is a very clean location that is ALWAYS busy, though the strip mall it’s in is questionable. Also, the people who take orders are very friendly and the food comes out fast. Definitely recommended over the Panera at Tyson though it’s a little on the small side

Food was just ok but the service was awful! The two guys behind the counter were arguing while we were trying to order! Hence the attitude the guy had while we were trying to order. How can you expect customers to come back after service like that especially when the food was mediocre? The manager didn’t seem nice and walked around like a dictator so what can you expect? I’ll never be bringing my family here again and I come to Tysons often. I don’t know if the Unilocal filter will post this since it’s a 1 star and negative. I’m loosing faith in you Unilocal

Dirty location. I hate doing this, but this is the worst Panera I have ever been too. It is consistently bad. Orders are often made incorrectly, staff is not helpful, it’s small and crowded, and has gotten consistently dirtier since opening. I’ve been going to this location since it first opened. I go less and less often now and after my last visit, I will not be returning again. On my last visit, the floors, tables and dish return areas were all dirty and had garbage laying around, as usual for here. When I went to fill my soda, I was shocked to see strings coming out of the soda dispenser for some reason. I have no idea why there were strings attached to where the soda comes out. To matters worse, mold was growing visibly on the ice dispenser and the machine had clearly not been cleaned, because the rest of it was filthy as well. I took photos and tried to contact Panera before posting this review, but Panera has not contacted me in several days, despite them saying they would. In addition to the dirty environment, my order was incorrect, as usual for here. The cashier was friendly, but hardly spoke English. I wouldn’t have a problem with this, but she did not understand basic menu items. It’s as if she had never eaten there or worked there before. It was so weird. She kept thinking the Italian combo sandwich was soup and couldn’t find it. I kept telling her it wasn’t soup. When I asked for no tomato on the sandwich, she thought I wanted tomato soup. I also ordered a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup(they have me cup) and she kept looking for white rice soup on the cash register. I couldn’t figure out how she didn’t understand the basic items I was ordering. At least she smiled and was friendly, but very incompetent. The food that they make here is often slopped together. Sometimes, the meet is not even on the sandwich all the way, because they rush to make it so quickly. I once made the mistake of ordering a pasta dish here. It was halfway thawed on one side and hot on the other. It was clearly a bag of pasta that was microwaved, like spaghettios. Not worth it. I hate how when your order if ready here, they turn on your buzzer, and you stand there like an idiot, because your food isn’t on the counter. They don’t tell you which one if yours or even make eye contact. Everyone has to just fun for themselves and figure out who’s order is who’s. If Panera is going to charge sit down prices, at least they could bring the food to the table or clear the table, like other comparable restaurants, like noodles and company or corner bakery. Having to clear your tray is awkward here. The dish returns are crammed in and people line up to use them. It was spilled all over this last time I was here and had soapy water or something running off it onto the floor. I would expect a better experience for the prices they charger at Panera. I could have batter service McDonalds. Because of this Panera location which has gotten progressively worse and is very dirty, I will not be eating at Panera anymore. j

I went to pick up my call in order today with my co-worker and I was in a funky mood. I got upset that I couldn’t find the mayo and stated that I would never come back here again. One of the staff overheard me and asked what was wrong. I explained that it wasn’t them that it was me and he asked me to have a seat and he would get the mayo for me. He went above and beyond in his duties to make sure that I was satisfied. He ensured that I got an apple and a bag of chips to go with my tuna sandwich and Fuji apple salad along with my iced green tea. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack my strawberry yogurt parfait so I called Mark and he assured me that even if he was gone for the day when I came back that he would inform the manager to ensure that I got my parfait. I truly appreciate the customer service that I received from Mark during my visit. To sum my opinion up of Mark in one word I would just say AWESOME! Thanks for making my rainy day bright! :-) A satisfied customer P.S. I’ll definitely be going back!
