My husband and I have been at the McMinnville Shari’s multiple times, afternoon and evenings. Everytime we have been there we have always had bad to extremely bad service. Never good service. The food wasn’t too bad but I have had better at other Shari’s restaurants.

So, I could write a very bad review right now but I’m not going to because of our waiter. Shari’s was a hot mess tonight, severely understaffed leaving the staff that was there scrambling to keep it together. A lot went wrong, but because of our waiter, Jon, we patiently waited and chose to laugh it off. Everyone has a bad night but Jon should get a raise, in my opinion, for making the best of a bad situation!!!

Krista was our waitress on Thanksgiving day. She was in a great mood and did her job very well. Very attentive. Food wasn’t bad.

I have always had decent food when dining here, the stuffed hash browns are pretty tasty. But EVERY TIME I get some snotty, rude and inattentive waitress who waits long after I put my menu down to come take my order. It takes forever to get a refill or a to go box or utensils. A smile will get you far with me and a better tip.

My sisters ordered chicken strips and when it got there they took a bite and found out that the chicken in both of their meals was raw! Literall as if they took packages chicken, breaded it and heated it up for 30 seconds. The chicken wasn’t cooked whatsoever.
Since they lost their appetite for chicken they ordered Alfredo with my mushrooms. That was fine they said.
However they still charged us for their meals after we waited at least another 15 minutes for the pasta to come out. Ridiculous! Worst service we have EVER encountered.

My husband and I come here every once in s while for breakfast on the weekends. Our food has always been good and the staff is always friendly. It doesn’t get 5 stars because we usually have to wait a while before getting seated or even greeted as we walk in.

Terrible salty food. Hot turkey sandwich worst ever! Hamburger wasn’t even edible. That was after 30 minutes of waiting for our food. Not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables between 3 waiters and a ‘new’ manager, ‘new’ cook. Sounded like passing the buck.
Update… my mouth felt like I ate salt out of the salt shaker!

Very slow and not worth the price. Quality isn’t there. They can’t justify charging the same as other breakfast places when they don’t deliver comparable service.

«Too bad»
Shari’s used to good be a good place to meet.
All it would take is a little cleaning, servers and cook’s that care and look at themselves in mirror before they leave the house.
Kitchen management that would order real food (not instant and frozen).
The waitress was nice enough, some of them are really trying, and coffee was ok.
Prices are high for the quality.

WOW… so incredibly annoyed. Came in… the two waitresses look like they either are completely lost or pissed off at being here. They act as if they are being bothered by us, the customer. We were seated and gave our drink order and it took her 10 minutes to get an iced tea and a root beer. Then 15 mind later, took our food order… and it took literally 45 minutes to get our food.
Food was cold and not what was ordered. Sent it back twice and it’s STILL NOT correct!!! OMG!!!
Petra (who was not our waitress) came over to try to take care of the issues. Petra the awesome waitress has done everything to try to make it right. The one saving grace of tonight’s meal is Petra.
