China King

Me and my family had eaten here many many times It usually was always pretty tasty. However one night after ordering take out getting home and eating about 3 bites out of the dish I felt something odd in my mouth! I instantly spit my food out onto a napkin and what do I see? A dead cockroach I felt sick to my stomach and everyone threw out their remaining food. My family and I will absolutely never eat here again. This incident happened a bit ago but I felt this review was very necessary! Again I had no problems with them in the past maybe I’m just unlucky! However I am not willing to test my luck with China King again! Having a dead bug in my mouth once is plenty

We are not from the area, but wanted something good to eat. Based on the Unilocal reviews, we ate at China King. It was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Inside is very clean and the people were very nice!

We tried this for restaurant for the first time last night and were very impressed. The food was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely be ordering food here again.

China King is the only local chinese takeout we get and they have never dissapoint! We love the house fried rice, wonton soup, egg rolls, singapore mei fun, beef chow mein, chicken wings and crab rangoons

Thanks to fellow Unilocalsters for leading us to some extra-​ordinary Chinese food in a very ordinary setting (next to a Food Lion grocery store in a non-​descript corner of Mebane, NC). Don’t miss the delicious Hunan Shrimp and the sizzling broccoli in garlic sauce. Tip these fine folks generously!

Being a New York native; I love my Chinese food! This is as close as it gets for me. Great prices and potions. Staff is always friendly. Not one bad dish yet and ive tried a few. Best take out in the area for Chinese food, hands down.

We are moving to Mebane, NC and needed to find a new Chinese place… well we found it. Our Realtor recommended this place and he was spot on.
No buffet, only negative I can think of. We dined in, but I can see it would mostly be a take out place. The staff was SO friendly. There were 2 very nice young men working the front register and dining area. They even came out to check on us and the other patrons who were dining in. We were told 15 – 20 minutes for our food, but it definitely came out quicker than that. The Fried rice was really good and everything was piping hot. I got orange chicken and my husband got general Tso’s. We were both pleased with what we ordered, not too sweet, not too spicy. Egg rolls were also nice and crispy, not too greasy like some places. Will definitely come back.

This is real Chinese food! The food is a lot and delicious! The general tao’s chicken is way beyond expectation. Lo mein is pretty good too. I will definitely come back when I swing by Mebane.
