Dunkin’ Donuts

This dunkin donuts really needs to step their game up. The only reason I go to this location is because I live 2 minutes away and it’s convenient. They never fail to get my order wrong, and they always seem to be «in the clouds», not paying attention to the customer and not making an effort to make eye contact. Terrible customer service.

This Dunkin Donuts is right across the street from where I work, so I have to say I frequent it often. They do open early, 4:30AM so it is convenient — they are always open before I get in to work.
I have had so many mixed results here, it is not fun… I normally order a Large Dunkaccino with a Turbo Shot in the mornings (before 7am) and a Medium Dunkaccino around 2:30pm.
Many times the Dunkaccino is on-​point, tastes like I have experienced at other locations and consider it to be great. The problem here is not so much the products they dish out, because a franchise has standards and they are all kind of the same.
The worst problem here is the service. They don’t listen, they don’t care to listen, and most of the time — they just don’t understand you. They don’t speak english correctly and blame it on the customer. I have complained and corporate sent me a $ 5 gift card — NOT what I wanted. I just want them to give me my dunkaccino. Here is where the problems begin — I will say they are consistent — consistent in messing up my order. I will ask for my dunkaccino and they will regularly give me a hot chocolate. NOT happy.
They will then go as far as claiming that because I have had it (tasted) they cannot exchange it for the Dunkaccino or give me my money back.
This morning 04/​09/​2012 @ 5am the problem was the language barrier and the lack of concern for (me) the customer. They were (again 5am) ooh-​ing and ahh-​ing at some baby pictures among them and decided to take my order when they were done.
Lacking customer service is what makes me hate them — their tasty dunkaccinos (when they get it right), great bakery sandwiches, I like the Ham & Cheese with Dijon Mustard (new item), convenience and proximity to my job is what keeps me coming back.
