I am a bachelor in my late 20s who has never been particularly neat or tidy. A friend recommended Juvelina in the Spring of 2010, and I have been extremely satisfied with her work. She comes twice a month for me (but I know she is flexible with other clients). She is very responsive via text and very flexible when it comes to cleaning time. My apartment is spotless every time she comes, and I find her rates to be very reasonable. I recommend her without reservation.

I wanted to hire a cleaning service to help out my mom, who was recovering from surgery. I live out of state and was not familiar with local cleaning services. My mom had used a local Merry Maids about a year ago, and was disappointed with the results, so she was skeptical about hiring a cleaning service. I convinced her that it would help her and set about setting it up. After calling other services and not having much luck, I contacted Juvelina. She was polite, professional, and her schedule was quite flexible.
I set up an appointment for her to clean my mom’s house. She was on-​time, arrived with her son, and both of them so friendly and polite according to my mom (who is a tough customer!). The house, which had been a bit messy due to my mom’s illness, was spotless when Juvelina was done! She went above and beyond and really gave the house a good cleaning instead of the typical surface cleaning. The kitchen, bathroom, sun room, living room and dining room sparkled when she was done! The results were still evident a week later when I came home to visit my mom. We were so happy with both her professional demeanor as well as the work that I scheduled future appointments for my mom. Juvelina is excellent about responding to voicemail and texts!
Bottom line: Skip the chain cleaners and hire Pedroso Cleaning Service. The rates – and results – are much better!

Juvelina Pedroso and her son do a fanstasic job cleaning my house. I’m always happy after she comes because my home looks so beautiful. Yet she knows how to clean without disturbing my work so that I can still find things afterwards. She is always friendly and reliable! She’s a life saver!

Juvelina is always flexible with my schedule and the house is spotless when she leaves. She is very thorough and follows my requests for specific product ues etc., very well. I also have 3 dogs who adore her and greet her like she’s a family member. I’ve had several cleaning companies before Juvelina and she has been the most honest, dependable and efficient!
