I had my daughter’s ears pierced here. The woman who pierced them, did it perfectly! I have no complaints there. Her work was a five star rating work. However, the earrings do not stay. My daughter’s earrings kept falling out, and when we went back to ask for a new pair of earrings, we were told we could not get a new pair (that ours was solidly clicked in the back). Well, it fell out again. And again. And again. And now we can’t find one of the earrings, and her piercing will most likely close up unless we find another pair of earrings to put in there. Needless to say, the earrings do not stay in place, and they don’t help with replacements. Maybe Claire’s will be different?

I love this little stand in the mall… I have bought a couple of pairs of earrings and some rings… The prices are fair and the people who work here are very nice and helpful. The jewelry also comes with a warranty good for about a year maybe longer and its for if you break, scratch, or something happens to your jewelry. if you lose it though they can’t help you. all in all i love it and will continue buying from here with its decent prices and great products i give 5 stars… :D
