It’s Starbucks. They are always consistent and you always know what you are going to get. My coffee is fantastic and made to order. The baristas are always friendly and patient, even with the high maintenance orders. It is a cozy location with plenty of seating. There is a wall where they feature local artists and that is always a nice thing to see. If the weather is nice there is out door seating and a small book shelf with children’s books to keep the kido’s entertained while you enjoy your beverage.

The staff works hard. They are always professional! My ordered drinks are always on point. Friendliness seems hard to come by now a days, so thank you for being one of FEW! Your guys are great!

The bathroom was desperately in need of cleaning. The coffee was what one would expect from Starbuck’s. I ordered a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte and I think they only put one shot of coffee in it.

Okay, this will will be negative and positive. A few days ago I ordered a drink on my way to work and told them to use soy milk, they even charged me the extra sixty cents. I was on my phone and didn’t notice the barista used dairy. I didn’t drink it until I got to work and noticed it tasted different than it usually does. I checked the writing on my cup and no soy was indicted. I drank half of it and minutes later was vomiting at work, it was all liquid. I couldn’t go back and complain for obvious reasons. Well, today I ordered the same drink and specifically told them soy milk and explained what happened and they gave me a free drink. Now, that’s great customer service. The cashier was sincerely apologetic and it was much appreciated. I will definitely return! Thank you so much!

This place gets a ton of bad wraps… All pretty much unfair. Of all the Starbucks in the Medford area this one has some of the most demanding customers. It is the closest Starbucks to Rogue Valley Medical Center and the countless number of doctors offices, surgery centers, and other higher end clientele. Also being in the Fred Meyer shopping center, and right off I-5 means it’s going to be busy. From about 7:30am-10am the line is usually to the door and most of the seating is taken. This place gets BUSY! And this is no fault of the store or its staff. I also know this is a hub for pharmaceutical reps to buy coffee for entire doctors offices(all the staff, nurses etc.) to bribe, I mean incentivize, the doctors to use their particular product. As such they constantly get HUGE orders. The staff is friendly, my order is always right, and I have a complicated order, and when it isn’t slammed it’s a nice place to get some work done. 5 Stars! Here! Here!

I have only been here twice and the first time was a while back. It was fine both times, but not extraordinary in any way. I have 2 other regular stores I use when I visit the area and I like them a lot. This was just a spur of the moment stop.

I’m giving 1 star for showing up. I dont normally go to this shop so i only have other Starbucks to compare. Came in for a coffee at 5:30 am on 9⁄27 and got hassled about a refill. It’s ok, the girl was new. Then after leaving and waiting for it to cool down to drink it, come to find out the refill was loaded with a chemical taste. Yay. So not only was I an hour away, but I had a full cup of soapy, undrinkable coffee. Now, because my stuff is packed I am here a second day. 5:30? Why Starbucks can’t stay consistent in their AM opening hours is beyond me. After sitting here, until 5:23, someone just walks in, orders and gets 2 coffees. REALLY? You must not have seen me sitting outside waiting, even after putting out your tables and chairs. Hmm. Would have been nice if you said«yes but let me help this guy who’s been waiting outside since 5am» So i mention to «Alison» the refill i received the day before had a chemical soapy taste. She debated me, saying«we don’t use soap»(REALLY?) and reluctantly agreed to not charge me for a refill. Then began what was one of the worst customer experiences of my entire life. After ordering a «large pike with a half a pump of caramel no room»(which is what i always order) Alison then proceeds to give me a smaller coffee, and an extra pump of syrup(which IMO makes it taste way too sweet) and plenty of room for cream. I return the cups saying, this is not what i ordered. Then the attitude begins. In a little temper tantrum, YES… TEMPERTANTRUM, she literally THROWS the mistakes away. Vengence is hers as she only fills the correct size cups ¾ of the way YESTHREEQUARTERS of the way full. Sigh. I returned to the counter and POLITELY reiterated«could i please get these with „no room“ at which time the guy with two very large african rings in his ears proceeds to start getting a macho attitude protecting Alison from this disgruntled customer. He starts telling me that he hopes my day gets better, literally mocking me. I considered punching the guy out, a pre-coffee thought. AREYOUSERIOUS?
