Went in last week after my phone finally had it’s last fall and had to be replaced. I was helped by a gentleman named Alfredo Arellano. He was beyond helpful and helped me out tremendously.. This is my new verizon store, I will definitely always come back to this location simply based on the customer service I received. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all my options were laid on the table. I am and was extremely satisfied
