Our real estate agent guided us to Franklin First. Our officer, Lika Epremashvili, was phenomenal. She was always watching our back and worked tirelessly behind the scene to keep our mortgage app for a home purchase moving forward. She was great to work with, highly competent and very responsive. She answered questions along the way, made herself available to us. She knows what she’s doing and seemed to make things go even faster.
