Bahama Breeze

I’ve been going to Bahama Breeze for years! I love this place and I find myself here at least three times a month. The food is delicious! I like exploring the menu and they definitely have a lot of different items to try! Your tastebuds won’t be dissatisfied.

Nice atmosphère. I ordered the Coconut shrimp meal. It wasn’t bad I didn’t like it though because it was a crunchy tough coconutty time. But that’s a personal problem. Didn’t think this order through. I don’t even like coconut why did I order this?
Yeah but it’s a good place. The Chef Special (stuffed crab shells was amaze balls though

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Plus, I only order one thing so I must really like it. =) I hands down recommend the chicken asparagus pasta. Yummy!!! We have visited a handful of times and it is always for dinner. Every time it has been packed too. We had a large group of 10 but quite surprised when we were seated in a nice large round table in less than 15 minutes. We all ordered, ate, visited, paid, and were out the door in 1 ½ hours. Our server was very attentive and paid a great mind to detail. Top notch service, great customer relations with the management, and delicious food is why I love this restaurant.

Superb atmosphere and quality tasting food! Jerk Chicken Pasta, Shrimp and Lobster Quesadillas, & Steak Oscar was AMAZING!

Awesome habanero wings. Great food all around. VERY FREAKING EXPENSIVE! Service is lacking and it bar service is slow.

We ordered the coconut fried shrimp, shrimp and lobster quesadilla, and a chef special pulled pork sandwich. The entire meal was less than impressive and both my husband and I gave it a B minus to a C plus. The shrimp and lobster quesadilla looked nothing like the item that was pictured on the menu and nothing seemed very fresh. My husband’s sandwich was large but not very tasty. It appears they value quantity over quality. The best item was the coconut shrimp. We won’t be back to this restaurant again. Whatever happened to serving delicious, fresh, and innovative food? It doesn’t exist here,

I have been here several times and always a fun experience
with great service and the food spot on.

Bahama Breeze is a wonderful eating location. Wonderful hot fresh food and Devin provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Bahama Breeze is one of my favorite restaurants. My server was Jomar and he was amazing, fast and friendly! He made sure our glasses were always filled which is a big deal for me. For our appetizer we ordered shrimp lobster quesadillas which were great! It came with sour cream and salsa on the side. For our appetizer I ordered the shrimp & lobster pasta and added asparagus to it! My hubby ordered the fish tacos. My pasta was very yummy as usual, however I couldn’t help but notice that they have reduced the size of the lobster serving. The lobster piece was as big as my pinky nail. My hubby ordered the fish tacos which he said were just ok. Overall the service was great, the food was good and the wait was short so we will be returning! I’m giving it four stars because of the skimpy lobster!

I really loved the atmosphere and the food here. The specialty margaritas were incredible! The portion sizes were odd, but my pasta was filling. We ordered entrees to go for my family who couldn’t make it to the meal, and they had these all wrapped up for us without a problem.
There was a pretty significant wait when we went, but the beachy feel and interesting décor was entertaining enough for us to pass the time. Lastly, I loved how my server drew a beach scene on my to-​go box! It’s the little things.

I really like this place. I have now gone three times and aside from portion sizes, I have no complaints. And it really depends on what you get. Tacos or rice bowl… both seasoned to perfection, very flavorful dishes, but not filling. Sandwiches & burgers, however, will leave you satisfied.
The service is always wonderful. Multiple people on the staff (including chefs) come by to make sure everything is great. Aside from wanting to ask for a second serving, it is always great.
Chicken tortilla soup: Best ever. I’m a lime fanatic. The broth has a lime kick to it. The soup is very flavorful. Tender chicken. And chunks of avocado. Mmm.
Black Bean BBQ Burger: Very filling. Very well seasoned. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce because I’m a sauce fanatic and I found that really added to it. They’re generous with the guacamole they give you.

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch one day while we were shopping at the Galleria and Babies R Us. It was okay and there was nothing to really rave about as this is a chain restaurant. The cocktail list was pretty extensive and the people around us ordered a beverage served in a pineapple. Since my wife and I were charged with overseeing a 3 month old, we decided to not get smashed at Bahama Breeze, but if the situation was different, those fruity drinks (with an extra shot of 151) seemed to be very good… the guests seated next to us seemed like they wanted to dance on the tables.
The outdoor patio with fire pit is very nice and definitely gives the ambiance that one is dining in the Caribbean. I think my wife and I will try this place again the next time we are up there and have a craving for coconut shrimp (although, when we had them during this visit, they were a bit overcooked and rubbery).

Went there for lunch last week with some coworkers. It was my first time going. As we entered we were promptly greeted. There was a 10 – 15 minute wait but it wasnt terrible. We were seated and kindly waited on by our waitress. After we looked thru there huge menu, we all placed our orders. I ordered the Wood Grilled chicken breast and it was yummy. Our food was delivered promptly and tasted great. I will definitely be back to try other stuff on the menu as well as to try their drinks.

Wow! If you are lucky enough to have one of these near you — GO! If it’s anything like the one we’re just finishing up with in the Memphis area, it will be a meal to remember.
The coconut shrimp is standard fare, but was very well prepared. My Lump Crab Stack was nothing short of amazing — with fresh crab and shrimp, avocado and mango and just the right level of spice in the sauce ringing the plate. My beef empanadas were also quite good and the service from Lamont was friendly and attentive.
I wish I had one within driving distance — Bahamas Breeze, are you listening? Build in New York!

I have eaten here six or seven times over the last few years. Service has always been good, and the place has always been clean and inviting. The seafood has been about average. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding that I simply must have again. Though I don’t drink alcohol hardly at all, people who have come here with me have enjoyed the drinks.

This place is good. It’s a chain, yes, but the food is different compared to most other chain restaurants. It’s great at providing a nice, relaxing vibe.
Be sure to try something that comes with plantain chips. They’re really good and totally different from anything other restaurants serve.
Their burgers are great. The lobster and shrimp linguine is awesome. The buttermilk chicken is delicious and the lemon butter sauce sounds a bit weird at first but it totally works. Yummy. The jerk shrimp is amazing, too. Everything I’ve ever tried here is really good.
The service is great, too. The menu can be a bit confusing as has been said already, and the staff is more than happy to help you figure out what it is you’re wanting to order, answer any questions, etc.

BEST COCONUT SHRIMP EVER!
I came here with my mother for lunch one day and then again with my family for my birthday. I haven’t been here since my senior prom (mostly because I couldn’t remember the name of the place). Once I walked in and looked at the sitting area I remembered that this indeed had been the place. I want to go ahead and say that this place has a comfy sitting area and I would know as prom night had quite the wait so we sat for a bit. It was still fun to be there. The place itself is a ton of fun. I love the atmosphere and décor– the place just screams FUN! If it had been cooler I would’ve asked to eat on the patio!
Ok, onto the food.
Head’s up, it costs $ 3.50 to add on a side salad, which seems super expensive to me.
The Conch Fritters were amazing. The sauce for them was ok but they themselves were fantastic and I loved them. I could tell the Bahamian Seafood Chowder was good but I didn’t enjoy it much because it’s just not my thing.
The Coconut Shrimp was by far the best thing of the meal. The coconut and shrimp balanced perfectly together. They also tasted just fine without the sauce though the sauce wasn’t bad either. I also note that it tasted far healthier (which is a GRAND statement to make about any fried food IMHO) than the last place I had eaten coconut shrimp at. IDK what they did differently but I could definitely taste the difference and loved it.
The Key West Fish Tacos were terrible! We have since been told that we should’ve taken up the waiter’s offer to see the manager (which we didn’t because of perceived time constraints) because those are usually fantastic. I don’t know if we will try them ever again or not but I will nibble one if anyone I know ever decides to try them.
When I returned with my family we got the Coconut Shrimp appetizer. It was great. the only difference between it and the main course was it came with a pineapple slice.
My only complaint about this place is that the menu is a tad complex and thus confusing. I wish it was a bit simpler. My husband ordered the carnita bowl and they brought him the tacos by mistake. We didn’t like them because the tortillas were chewy and hard to rip off (what kind of taco isn’t easy to bite?) so he asked for them to exchange it. They happily did, but I didn’t like the bowl either (he did though so that’s what counts).
I got the Grilled Chicken with Cilantro which was fantabulous! The chicken had a honey glaze and tasted so good by itself. I didn’t really like the corn or the cilantory sauce but that’s ok because the chicken tasted good enough that those things didn’t matter.

I’ve been to Bahama Breeze at least 5 times over the course of a few years and I have finally gotten around to posting a review for them. I love caribbean food and this place is a caribbean food lover’s paradise.
Their plantains, jerk/​caribbean chicken and tropical drinks are very refreshing. I typically order the jerk chicken pasta and it is one of the best items on the entrée menu. The last time I visited, I tried the lobster and shrimp pasta. It was very good as well. I highly recommend Bahama Breeze if you like caribbean food.
