Ordered online one week before today(saturday, 6⁄20). Apparently, the staff of teens doesn’t keep up on online orders… We called at 5:30 to see if it was possible to pick up the cake at 6pm, an hour early. They didn’t know we had even ordered the cake. I was asked 3 times on the phone if I wanted to order and 3 times I explained I had already placed the order online. Then they couldn’t find our name. I spelled it 3 times(we used my hubby’s name J-A-M-E-S M-A-S-O-N) and they could not figure out what his name was(«Jameson?» she asked twice). The girl said oh it’ll be ready, sounding very flustered. What we got was sad looking. Luckily the cake was not for a big party, just close family and we had a good laugh over it. They very, very obviously gave us someone else’s cake(name was scribbled out and ours was written on it). Hope those folks get their cake!
