While traveling from Michigan to Florida we experienced a problem with a wheel on our fifth wheel trailer. It was 4:15 pm on Friday January 2, 2015, a terrible time for service on an RV. I talked to the service manager at Customer’s First and described the problem. We decided I could drive the last six miles to the dealership. He said if it was a serious problem it couldn’t be fixed until the following week. If that happened they would help us find a place to stay until then. When we arrived at the dealership they put our unit in a service bay right away and determined it was a minor issue that they could fix right away. We were in and out of the shop in a half hour. The service staff at the dealership were outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. We would highly recommend them for service work. They also had some great looking RVs on the lot.
