Fazoli’s

The food is awesome. It’s always hot and fresh and the bread is very delicious. Their subs are good, especially if you’re expecting a quick meal. The pasta? Man.

For what it is, Italian fast food, I thought it was really good! I had the chicken carbonara, which was great. I ordered it for dine in, and it took 7 minutes to get to my table. They even threw in extra breadsticks for no apparent reason, maybe close to closing i dont know. Staff was friendly, I will be back.

Staff was not friendly at all, in fact it was like I screwed up their day by driving up to the window to place my order. The woman working was just flat out rude. I rarely eat at fazolies and now I remember why… I won’t be going back.

Went for a quick lunch. Always drove past but I’m glad i stopped in. The fettuccine was great! Very impressed

Just ok. Not really that great. My friends and I ate here yesterday. I know this is fast food and don’t expect a great dining experience. On the plus side the food is consistently good and it is unique. The price is great and the value is definitely there. There are five dollar lunch options. Food is served on plastic plates which is way better than paper. Also the health score is 96.
I had the spicy sampler which just simply has hot sauce added to it. No spicy seasoning. No peppers, just hot sauce which kind of doesn’t seem to fit with the flavor and it ruins the color of the Alfredo.
Friend had a sampler and an Italian sub. The sub had just a couple slices of super thin meat and a couple slices of tomato. He had to double the meat onto half the bread and sop the bread into his spaghetti sauce to make it even resemble an Italian sub.
The pizza, well this has never been a good place for pizza. The pizza just sucks and after all these years, they still haven’t improved the pizza.
The breadsticks are ok, but there is no sauce for them. The portions did just barely satisfy mer.
I don’t get the music. Every other song is a frank Sinatra, Dean Martin jazz, and every other song is some pop crap in some foreign language. I expect Mexican music in a Mexican restaurant, but I have no idea what this is. And the music is turned up too loud for a place like this. Didn’t like it.
The worst part, the really worst part is the fazolis commercials they play every few songs. I’m already in the restaurant ordering from the menu. There are signs everywhere and catering menus on the tables. I’m sitting down forced to listen to your music, I’m putting your food I bought down my throat and you think it would be alright with me if you force your advertising propaganda down my throat. This is offensive and disrespectful. Just play the radio and turn it down. Don’t force your commercials on me! Its like instead of appreciating your customers for what they paid for, you’re trying to sell more to them before they can even finish eating.

Great customer service, very friendly and polite staff, specifically the cashier. Will definitely be back !

Best Italian food! Every time I am in Memphis this place is a must! Use to have one back home and was heartbroken when it closed.

Probably the best italian you can get for the money. It tastes great, is fast, and has good quality. Servers are kind of ghetto and the nutritional content of the food is basically fat and salt. Otherwise, great place.

I am a Fazoli’s Fan !! I LOVE their cooked spaghetti with meatballs as well as their bread sticks (I sooooo want to know how they are made!!) it’s just delicious !! :D :D :D

This is a fast-​food style Italian place with possibly the best bread sticks I have ever eaten, including the ones from expensive Italian restaurants. They melt in your mouth! The entrees are very good too. The portions are very generous.
I had a turkey club submarino, which was huge and delicious.
The service was fast and focused.

I’ve only been once and it was good food. I’m not too fond of spaghetti unless it is made by very select people. I actually didn’t mind Fazoli’s, though.
They exceeded mine and a friend of mines expectations.
