Mattress Firm Centennial Commons

Went there with my wife to exchange our bed. They have a decent selection of beds that you can test out. They also have great customer service. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. We were able to find another bed that suited our needs.

If you do not know what Mattress Firm is well then I guess you must be living under a rock LOL and I am serious about that because Mattress Firm is everywhere. They have several locations within the Memphis area. It is important to note that Mattress Firm has a 100 day Happiness Guarantee. This Guarantee means that if you are not happy with your mattress, you can either exchange it for something else or return the mattress for a refund (minus the $ 149 restocking fee).
Now let me tell you about this location. It has plenty of beds that you can lay on and test out. Also the store is organized and clean. The staff will make sure you get exactly what you want and if they don’t have what you want they will find a store that does.
I have been to this location a few times now. The first time was to buy a new bed after the fire. Initially I worked with Tyra, the previous store manager. She was really nice and super helpful in getting a bed for us as quick as possible especially under the circumstances. We literally got our mattress the same day.
The second time I worked with Shae. She is currently the new store manager. Again, I experienced great customer service. She was very helpful with the exchange process and even helped us find a better mattress that suited our needs.
Overall, It appears that this location is all about customer service. They truly want their customers to be extremely satisfied with their purchase. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
