Went here to book a party in their vault rooms not only did our host give us a tour of the vault rooms he also gave us a brief history of the building as well as the vaults and gave us ideas on how to utilize areas for the party very well organized very professional.

Decent place to live for Memphis I guess!
Staff are really nice, just a shame that the rest of it doesn’t live up to the billing.
Many teething problems since we moved in. Although they have taken care of the majority; when you are told that there is nothing they can do about your buckling bamboo floors it leaves somewhat of a bad taste in your mouth. Especially when you’re paying North East prices to live in the Mempho!!!
Also beware the hidden fees. Rented in many places across the US and Europe, getting an extra bill every month for sewer, water and trash above and beyond the rent check is definitely a first.
One bonus is that they do allow pets.
