Last week I was given the wrong front rotors by Autozone, and greatly uncompensated. I came to O’Reillys feeling defeated, and upset by the previous customer service. I was greeted with friendly smiles even though there were a number of customers at the counter. Rebecca(Becca) was very understanding, courteous, and matched quickly what I needed. She also after looking up the part, made sure it was exact by using the spare tire from my car. They had the right part! After it was paid for, she promptly carried it out to the car for me, and placed it in the trunk. She wished us well, and thanked us for visiting their store. I have always enjoyed the friendliness of this store, and the recommendations made by knowledgeable staff since 2005.
