Did the rapid pick up and didn’t realize until I got back to the office that my sandwich was incorrect. I called to let them know(expecting a coupon or something) and they actually remade my sandwich correctly and brought it to my work and threw in a cookie for free! Great customer service!

This location used to be my go-to Panera spot(cleanest, quickest, friendliest), but over the last few weeks, it seems to have gone downhill. Twice I’ve ordered Rapid Pick-Up online, and twice now it has taken 30EXTRAMINUTES from the time it’s supposed to be ready for pick up. Not to mention that my food is hardly ever right, and both times, I’ve ordered a cookie but they’ve forgotten to put it in my bag. It’s just become so inconvenient to go there that I avoid it altogether.

I decided to order online for a fast pick up. The website was very easy to manouver. However, when I went to pick up my fast pick up order, it took almost 15 minutes. Everyone who walked in the restaurant and placed their order got their food, quickly. Not sure I’ll rapid order, again.

Panera has to be one of my most favorite spots for lunch. This specific location happens to be somewhat of the first option among the line of restaurants that are located along the side street here. This location also has a very nice patio that should be used on any day that the sun is out! So now, about the food, it is amazing! We both ending up getting a sandwich and trying the cheddar and broccoli soup. It was great!!! We even got complimentary desserts(pastries) for $.99! As soon as your order is placed they begin working on it in the kitchen so that while you’re walking down getting your drink, your buzzer begins going off. We were with our food within 5 minutes of ordering and done eating with 30 minutes more to spare for our lunch! Nothing like great customer service and quick meals to make the day enjoyable!

Order taker got my order wrong and burn my flatbread sandwich. Ironically we walked out of Logan’s due to bad service only to walk across the parking lot to eat marginal food at Panera. I should just stick to my mantra of avoiding chain restaurants.

Do not recommend visiting at night. I ordered a Frontega chicken panini and they gave me turkey and unfortunately it was salty. I asked for an apple instead of a baguette and did not receive one. I am hoping the service was poor because it was the end of the night and the staff wanted to go home. Will try again earlier in the day.

Panera itself is great, this location is a mess. 2 days in a row my bf went to get me a sandwich, the Asiago Roast Beef. All I want is Roast Beef, Bread, and a side of Horseradish. 3 things only. That’s how he says the order, «She only wants bread, roast beef, and a side of HS.» And of course twice, they screw it up. The first time, it was roast beef and bread. Which was terrible bc since Panera changed from it’s old roast beef to this new«steak» the meat is subpar, which is why you need HS for any kind of flavor. The second time, the bf knew to check the sandwich before coming home since it was such a *difficult order* for this location. He watched them make the«bread, meat, side of HS» sandwich… with Cheese. He politely told the lady it was not supposed to have cheese, and she snapped at him it might not be his sandwich so what did he know. And of course it was mine, another employee corrected her. She went to just peel the cheese off… um NO. I don’t like cheese, make a fresh one. When he nicely asked her to make a new one she rolled her eyes with a huff but did so. We’ve lived in bigger, busier cities than Memphis so I don’t want to hear well it gets busy and things happen. If you can’t get 3 ingredients correct then you’re in the wrong business and if you get them wrong with an attitude you’re definitely in the wrong business.

This location of Panera Bread is conveniently tucked in the poplar/ridgeway area in East Memphis. It’s great for dropping in to get a quick bite. When you enter, you can take a look at the sorted baked goods. I’ll try a pastry some day, but I usually only ever slip into Panera on my lunch break. I asked the cashier for a recommendation that was vegetarian-friendly, and she recommended the fontina grilled sandwich. She was very polite, and it sounded like a good choice(can you even go wrong with fontina?) so I got it. She also informed me that any menu item marked with a «V» on the menu board was veg-friendly. All-in-all, great menu selection. The grilled cheese sandwich was great, which I got with a cup of soup. For a fairly decent-sized sandwich and a small cup of soup, I thought $ 10 may have been a tad high, but pretty fair overall. I know that type of cheese can be expensive. Something that bothered me was the dirty tables. It makes sense, I suppose; no actual servers and customers are inclined to bring their own dirty plates to the designated area after their meals. Still though, I just may have enjoyed my experience though if I weren’t surrounded by dirty tables. Noteworthy as well is the beverage selection. They have a few different choices of teas, as well as a soda fountain. I absolutely love their açai berry tea. It’s a great place for a quick lunch, and hands-down beats fast food.

Why do I not listen to myself? Almost every time I eat at Panera I tell myself, that I will only purchase some of their pastries — cause those are good, but won’t eat their food. We went to Panera at Laurelwood. We ordered the potato soup and ½ sandwich on honey wheat. Well YUK — have you ever wallpapered the old fashioned way…? The potato soup tasted like wallpaper glue, it was thick, not taste, too greasy and had no taste, no redeeming qualities here. My tuna sandwich had a little tablespoon(if that) of tuna on a piece of honey wheat bread, with 3 huge raw onion rings on top? Really? The sandwich was mediocre and not enough filling on top of the bread. The other dish we ordered was the broccoli soup and the fontina cheese sandwich. If you are looking for a «fat attack» — hear attack a la Panera, go with this dish. The soup was so oily and had no taste whatsoever, the fontina sandwich was cheesy, and just too much cheese. Panera is a great place to meet for a quick bite, and I do really like some of their pastries. As expensive as they are, they should serve up superb food — which helas, is not the case.

Stopped by to have a sandwich and soup with my son. The service is good and the food comes out quickly. I just wish the portion size was a bit bigger. Seriously, for almost $ 10, it would be nice to leave feeling slightly full. I had the frontega chicken sandwich, which I usually get and the chicken noodle soup, which was a tad too salty. Some Panera Breads have a better sandwich portion, this one does not, or maybe it was just the lady who prepared the sandwich. It had a little chicken in it, but I didn’t complain as I had my 3 year old with me and just needed to hurry up and eat and leave. I paid for an extra piece of bread. The lady forgot to give it to me, which means she did not read the ticket. After I asked, she gave it to me, and apologized. Which is good. The store was clean, bathrooms looked good. I may stop here again next year when I visit to see family in town. After doing so, I’ll update my review, as I believe everyone deserves a second chance.

I just have to say that I love Panera Bread! My reasons for loving Panera are apparently obvious to me but if you didn’t know, I’m here to tell you. Panera always has fresh fruits and veggies and also speedy service. I think my favorite thing to eat there is the oatmeal. It has pecans, strawberries and cinnamon in it and it’s always hot and ready to serve. Panera fits perfectly with my healthy lifestyle and that is why I love it!

Another place my girlfriend has turned me too, the ambience is par to starbucks, which to me is very sterile, generic even if they make it seem all cozy, logdey looking. I do like a couple things on the menu, the mac and cheese, a bit salty but very very good, and also the broccoli cheddar soup, I’m not yet sure to the sides that come with them so I always get the french baguette, which is no problem, freshly toasted, and they are a bakery so, their other options are quite nice too. Prettied up fast food aimed at hipsters but, it’s not not enjoyable from time to time.

I always enjoy Panera Bread, but this past week I was delighted to see their Mediterranean Salmon Salad on the menu. It was delicious and beautifully presented. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, I DO love my salmon, and this was a special treat!

This Panera Bread is the typical Panera chain you see in most cities. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and refreshing. Nothing stands out as amazing, but this is definitely a place I will return to.

I always enjoy Panera. They have consistently great food made fresh from quality ingredients. The staff is always friendly, and the service always prompt. Most of the Panera’s are the same, which I suppose is a goal– they all have a clean, modern, warm aesthetic, which welcomes you regardless if you’re only in for a quick bite or want to relax and read for a bit.
