Good, quick and reasonably priced!!! Can you tell I like this place? For me, this place reminds me of Subway but for pizza. It really is that simple to order. The pizzas are a decent size so you can have one to yourself if you have a big appetite or eat a little and take some home. I like the variety of ingredients they offer for the pizzas and salads. They also offer a good variety of sauces to use as a base and cheeses. There is beer on tap and wine for those that want to sip on something other than pop or water. At least, I think there is wine. The reason for only 4 stars is because this place tends to be a bit on the messy side. I’ve been here 3 times so far and each time we had a hard time finding a place to sit because most of the empty tables were dirty. There was also trash on the floors near the bathrooms. It just looks bad but I know the food is good so I keep going back. Maybe they just need more help. Anyway, good place eat.

Love love love pyro’s concept. The flavors are there but it’s up to you if you get a good pizza or salad because your the one creating it. Mine turned out awesomely great. However my kitchen/cooking-challenged friends was not that great. He mixed flavors and ingredients that shouldn’t have even been mentioned in the same sentence together. So in conclusion it’s up to you if you made something good. The restaurant does an excellent job but do you?

Personally, I liked the Pyro’s on Ridgeway better, but the food was still good here. We had to wait forever to get in. I love the thin crust and the large variety of toppings. They also have vegan cheese which is a WIN in my book. This location was a little hard to get to though.

This place came highly recommended to me. Hubby and I had a date night, and we wanted to try somewhere new. The pizza was just bleh. He got BBQ and I got a ham and pineapple pizza. Both pizzas were not that great. I would have been more satisfied eating delivery pizza or even cicis(which I don’t care for either). I was very disappointed.

Really good pizza — exactly the way you want it. And a good selection of beer! Service was quick, they deliver to your table, and prices not that bad.

Ok so I’ve always had great experiences with this restaurant. Just read my last review. However what happened tonight was unacceptable. We walked in to get an early dinner before heading to the Grizzlies game. It was 5:20 pm. There was a little line but I wasn’t too worried because I’ve been in and out with a line twice that size. But that wasn’t the case tonight. We were moving at a snails pace and we finally realized what the problem was. There was no dough made. During the day they have the dough ready… about a stack of 20. Tonight they were having to make each one. My boyfriend and I both ordered the menu pizzas instead of the create your own option. We told them that but they acted like they had no clue what went on them. Then I went to get my drink and they were out of sweet tea. Not a major problem but there was a group of people gathered around waiting. It’s currently 5:42 and we still don’t have our pizza. I’m sure that it’ll be great(when it comes) and I’m sure we will be back. At lunch time this place runs like a well oiled machine. But the dinner crew is under prepared and obviously doesn’t understand the concept of stocking during downtime to accommodate a dinner rush. Definitely visit this place if you’re looking for somewhere to eat… just do it before 2 pm if you want to keep your sanity

Great pizza! The salads are awesome as well. I will definitely be back and the service was great. Fresh ingredients and nice bar selection for a small pizza place.

Mike will take care of you! We ordered a pizza that was wayyyy to spicy. We decided to take it home and then order another one that was more mild to eat there. Seeing that we did that, Mike asked if something was wrong. At first we didn’t want to mention it and we were ok with paying for an extra pizza but when I mentioned that it was too spicy, Mike quickly offered to take off the extra pizza(free pizza)!! As always, Pyros pizzas are always delicious and its service like Mikes that makes this place truly AWESOME! :). Thank you Mike! We will be back again.

I had a fantastic time at Pyro’s last Sunday! Choose pizza or salad and tell them what toppings you want. It’s the same very reasonable price either way you go so that makes it a great place for those dieting or trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle! The toppings are great — some staples and some unique. I topped off my salad with dried cranberries. Really, this is the place to make some excitement out of the healthy lifestyle. They have the drink creations machine for those who want to choose from hundreds of soda flavors or they have tea and a gourmet coffee area. The service is fast and extremely friendly. I loved the place. Don’t be tempted into those delicious desserts if you come here for healthy food! The food tastes great and you will want to wash your hands before, during and after your meal when you get a load of the hand-washing station!

First visit. Nice concept but poor execution. I had to asked several times for more toppings as the server was quite stingy with the cheese, the pepperoni and the mushrooms. I had ordered the pizza to go and they brought it to where I was sitting very quickly, but forgot the box. I asked for and received a box and took it home. The pizza was under-done and greasy. It was so soft, I had to eat it with a fork. Marinara has good flavor. Crust was very doughy. Toppings were a bit thin even after three requests for«a bit more, please» from the«chef/pizza builder». The behind-the-counter team seemed unhappy… Fast Food pizza? Naw… not my style I guess. It was inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Not impressed. I think that some better training and more motivated employees are essential to making this concept work. This may be better for dining-in as I could have sent this pizza back to the oven, which it needed.

Nothing beats a special little pizza cooked just for you. They have a pesto pizza that is delicious. Available in two different sizes, one perfect for lunch, and a size perfect for dinner. Whatever your heart desires selection of toppings. If you’ve never been here you’re missing out, or maybe you don’t like chains? Give this place a shot, also keep in mind they are thin crust type pizzas. They have a nice salad too.

This is a very good choice for groups where everyone likes something different. I brought out of town family here, as one was vegetarian and it worked out great. They were so excited by the unlimited toppings and I have to admit I think they went a bit overboard. My only problem is that the three times I have been here, our food never comes out together despite being ordered at the same time. Inevitably, one person, in the effort to be polite, sits with food in front of them waiting the 5 to 10 mins for the other food to show up. I can tell they are working out issues each time we have been there. Things are improving, but each time there seems to be a flow problem I hope they figure out, because the food and the concept are good. Timing is the main issue I see(example, my pizza was the first out and was burnt around the edges… this makes no sense to me). We will try it again, I am sure… but there is room for improvement.

The pizza is always good at Pyros… the staff & service at this location are always below average. Staff acts like they do not want to help, the staff at the bar have no knowledge of the beers & the staff walk around lost when they are bringing the pizza to the table. During one visit we told them they gave is the wrong pizza & they replied«are you sure?»

Not that impressed, to start its a stand in line pick your ingredient service. Pricing is reasonable and the service is quick. But the pizza was under cooked and greasy. Needless to say will not be returning anytime soon. Sorry for the short review but not much more to say.

I was so looking forward to eating here. Cool concept with some great reviews, this is not going to be one of the sadly. First it was very busy and they seemed overwhelmed by the number of people they had coming in on a Sunday evening. The line moved painfully slow but the menus are simple and hanging above you as you snake through to start your order. Curiously there is not a list of available ingredients. I ordered marinara for my pizza and the cook is scraping every last bit of sauce out of the bowl(I hear someone else ask they are making more right??) I can only assume my 1⁄3 portion of sauce was the last for the foreseeable future. The rest of the process was easy enough. Now we wait for our food. My wife and my pizzas were on the same order and I watched them put them in the oven right after each other. My pizza was out a few min. after we sat down, my wife’s is no where to be found. We wait,… Finally I go to the counter and her pizza is shoved off to the side for no reason. When I ask they say it will be out of the oven shortly. I say that’s not it right there? Sir we will bring it when it comes out of the oven, I walk away turn around and they grab the pizza off the counter/counter oven, cut it and meet me at the table with it. The counter oven must be broken because it was ice cold Then there was my half cheese half nothing on it pizza(see my posted picture). Food could have been great but there was just to many things wrong for a positive review.

I went here on a recommendation. But, I walked in not quite knowing how it worked or what to expect. So I was surprised to walk in when they opened and see 3 employees completely non responsive to my confused wandering. I did figure out after about 20 seconds that it was assembly line style and got to it. The woman making our pizzas may have been the only employee actually awake. She was chipper and responsive. The rest meandered around like zombies. One was eating a donut on the floor while working. Nobody really acknowledged us except the one making our food. So, I’m glad I went exploring and found to get parm and red pepper flakes I had to visit a shelf by the pop station. The pizza was pretty great though. I ordered the raging hawaiian because I’m all about fruit and spicy on my pizza. The wait time for it to cook in the fire oven was minimal. The crust is thin and crispy. The sauce was good and spicy. Overall, tasty pizza and reasonably priced. **Random observation: they have super fancy bathroom fixtures and hand washing stations but no actual soap in the bathroom so you have to grab the handle with your«bathroom hands» like every person before you and wash them in the fancy hall thing. There is also no toilet paper dispenser. Just a roll chillin’ on a railing.

It’s our first time here, so navigating the menu was a little interesting. They offer several different pizza flavors but if you don’t see anything you like, you can make your own! All of the toppings you want for the same price! We chose to make our own pizza… pretty random toppings, but delicious! I was able to taste the spicy marinara, but was wussy enough that it set my tongue on fire a bit… The staff is friendly and accommodating and quick with the service. Will definitely come back!

Love the pizza here. A great local owned business with an awesome concept. Pizza is thin crust melty goodness. Build your own, or make it a salad.

Chipotle style concept with select your own toppings on pizza and salad. Crust is cracker thin and selection of toppings is extensive although not top quality for the tad overpriced 11″ pizzas at $ 8.30. Lines are long but there is plenty of parking. They have the expensive Coke dispenser, ice tea in several flavors and beer and coffee. Good as a one time novelty but for us Three Guys has much better taste and pricing.
