DONOTPURCHASEFROMTHISCOMPANY!!! If you like horrible customer service, excuses and incompetence, this is your place. After 10 days, 2 phone calls and numerous emails regarding reordering a new liner that I ordered in 2007, I finally got someone to tell me that I’d have to re-measure my pool because they couldn’t find the original paper copy, even after I sent them the original invoice that they sent to me in 2007! Apparently they didn’t here of a new thing called a ‘computer’ or ‘database’ back then. Not a real helpful or friendly bunch either. Well they were when they took my $ in 2007, just not after. Didn’t stand by the product and didn’t at all, not even for minute, attempt to work with me at all to make it right. Way better options available than this company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some aggravation and look elsewhere.

We bought our pool in the spring of 2013 and enjoyed it last summer. Over the winter the liner split at the seams and pushed the sides out and bent the posts. Needless to say our 2 kids were pretty bummed out but we told them surely we will get the pool company to make it right. For the last 2 months we have been trying to get restitution to no avail. I have sent pictures of the split liner and damaged pool sides with rusty bent posts. Took the pics with my iPhone and they said they needed clearer pictures! LOL!!! Last night we got an email stating that the damage was our own fault because of winter ice and they will not warranty our pool that we have had for LESSTHAN1YEAR. The«manager» Scott that i spoke with yesterday thinks it’s fine to run a business where you don’t stand behind your product. I own a tree service and when something isn’t right with a customer we take care of things INSTANTLY. This Scott character wouldn’t last 15 minutes in our outfit with this level of incompetence. I offered to Face Time with him to show all of the damage but i don’t even think he knows what i was talking about!!! I will be posting a vid to YouTube and reporting all of this to the BBB. Stay away from these scammers.
