I haven’t really found a place that I enjoy the work every time I go other than them. They are nice and do good work. The wait is long but worth it. Besides, the wait means they’re busy and they’re busy because they’re good.

These are my people!!! I love Emily and Michael !!! (Sweet married couple who run the store) The staff will have you relaxed and enjoying your experience! Also, my nails last for weeks. I always get compliments left and right walking out of Splendid nails. Their work is immaculate and meticulous. Has everyone turning heads. Call ahead to put your name on the list because you can wait for hours if you dont get in early.

I was very disappointed in this place. You could tell the regulars because they were really nice to them, but they weren’t to friendly to the newbies like me… I feel like I need a pedicure and I just left the place, feet not smooth at all, and polish all over my toes… Massage felt good but I would not come back just for that. :(

Took my 13 yr old niece and 11 yr old daughter for mani/​pedis. Made appts and took us on time. Crazy friendly and wonderful experience for the 3 of us. Recommend Michael Douglas who was hysterical and made the day memorable. All nail techs were thorough and meticulous. Nails looked grt. Paraffin wax left us silky. Will def go back next time in Memphis!

Konnichiwa, peeples from my pedi-​throne where the auto-​massage chair is on high to low and back up again; the heat is on max and the man is polishing my little piggies as I sip my complimentary beverage (lemon agua) and read The Atlantic Monthly on my iPhone. Pretentious place, no way. These are great folks who talk nice about you, even if it is in another language (one in which I know lots of phrases).

These guys are great! They remember you when you’ve cone around a few times and they are hilarious! My appointments always feel like a meeting with old friends. They give amazing pedis and my feel feel as smooth as a baby’s bottom when I leave here. They do great pedis for men too! My husband has to get a pedi here Everytime we come into town. My Kenny gripe is the additional 4% convenience fee that they charge on all services over $ 60 bucks. I know they do it to cover the cost of their credit card machine, but I feel as a biz owner that is a cost that you should just eat. If you spend between $ 1-​$ 27 the fee is $ 1, if you spend $ 28-​$ 41 the fee is $ 2, and from $ 42-​$ 60 the fee is $ 3 extra. It’s not enough to make me leave here but it’s definitely worth taking away one star.
