They helped us with a return that the other stores in the area were being obtuse about. We very much appreciate that. The store manager was very nice as was the rest of the staff that helped us.

This is my first experience at this location and I’m really disappointed. I’m here now and have been so for 20 minutes, not a single employee has said a word. The shelves are half empty of shoes. It’s almost like this place is already going out of business. I initially came in to buy some ammo and it’s pretty much nonexistent. Much like the lack of staff at the counter where the firearms are located. I like this shopping area but I fear that it’s going to be like most of the shopping strips off Winchester.

I stopped to buy a new weight bench. They open at 9 am and I was here at 930am. I needed assistance. It took me a few minutes to find an employee. Then it took another 10 minutes to get someone to help me who didn’t know anything about the products. The employee who was working that department was at lunch? The lady didn’t know what I wanted or where to find it. She had me go in the stock room to find it myself. At least she was friendly. But I shouldn’t have to be a customer doing an employee job.

I don’t know why I keep thinking I can buy things here. When I stopped in today, I was actually asked at the door if I needed help, so at least I was directed to the right area(workout gloves), but the selection was terrible! There weren’t that many to choose from, they were all gray or black(no pretty colored trim or anything), and the rack was a big mess. I tried on a number of pairs, got frustrated when none of them fit right or were comfortable, and moved on to looking at dumbbells, where I was completely unable to determine the price of a 12 pound dumbbell. The only sign I saw that even had 12’s on it said $ 22…but Target has the same ones for $ 18. Then I noticed that most of the weight plates had dust on them — like, I wiped my finger across and it had a good amount of dust on it. What the heck? I encountered another guy in that department who asked if I needed help, but he didn’t have any great insights when I mentioned my problem with the gloves, just asked if I’d tried a certain type(which were the most expensive ones up there!) and opined that they didn’t have style in mind. Duh. Next time I get the urge to shop here, I’ll remember this experience and go somewhere else.

Really not a fan, limited selection, always seem to not have half the items in stock and for god sake don’t ask the staff where something is located, you have a better chance of finding it yourself as they will spend just as much time aimlessly walking around.

This location is new. I like it because it’s close to my house, and there is also a Target next door. The selection of camping and sports gear is pretty good. The staff is friendly enough and leave me alone when I want to browse. Overall, a good, quick place to stop for sports or outdoor gear.

This place is horrible. My family purchased a treadmill from this store. Within a few months, the drive motor failed. So we tried to use the warranty to get it fixed. Here’s what happened. First, we contacted the store, and they said we have to contact the manufacturer to fulfill the warranty. We contacted them, and they sent out a repair person. This gentleman confirmed that the drive motor had in fact broken down and a new one was needed. Fair enough. But the manufacturer refuses to let the repair person contact them to get the new drive motor. Rather, the customer is required to do this. This is slightly annoying, but we are willing to put up with a slight inconvenience. So we constantly try to contact the manufacturer via the means they supplied. They keep directing us to folks who cannot be contacted and won’t get back to us. This has been going on for about six months now and it is ridiculous. The store claims it can do nothing and it is all the fault of the manufacturer, which may be true. But when you know the manufacturer is not sincerely honoring its warranty, then why are you selling a product advertised as having a warranty?
