This Starbucks is BY FAR the slowest drive thru in Memphis. Also, when I got my drink this morning, my frappucino was half way melted, my «warmed» butter croissant came to me cold. I was very upset with my food and drink and will not go through this drive thru again.

The customer service is outstanding here! Even if the beverages/​food wasn’t good, the service would definitely bring me back again. It’s nice to here and see people going over and beyond… especially in the early A.M. I usually get the frappuccinos (cold beverage)…not a big coffee fan, but these are delicious. I’ve tried the strawberries n’ crème, vanilla bean, and caramel mocha flavor frapps. The white hot chocolate is one of my favorites as well.

Go in the morning! My coworkers and I go in here all the time for rush coffee for meetings or a pick-​me-​up, but if it wasn’t for Jay yesterday who jumped in to help a trainee and a lazy barista, I would never go back!
Of course I would offer to get coffee here with clients in town yesterday and we ended up ordering and waiting 30 minutes to get coffee at 2:30 in the afternoon. The poor trainee at the register had no idea how to place the order on the cash register. Then the barista they had on staff was too busy flirting with the police officers that she forgot our Americano and 2 other patrons received their drinks before mine came out and it was served to me hot instead of iced.
Starbucks needs to step up their game if they are going to influx their prices.

This is the Starbucks I go to the most often. The employees who work at this one are so incredibly nice. My favorite person is the guy who takes the drive through orders — honestly puts a smile on my face bc he’s so funny. I almost exclusively go through the drive thru.
Like most Starbucks, it offers all of the normal stuff at the normal prices. The coffee here is a bit bitter to me.
The only downers I’ve encountered here are when I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich and it has a cold center and sometimes when I order the Blonde roast they don’t have it available and I’ve got to wait for a pour over, which does taste better but takes longer.

Although occasionally incredibly slow in drive thru, the friendly customer service at this location is exceptional. Worth going in or the wait in drive thru every now and then.

I am not a huge coffee fan, but I buy an iced coffee occasionally. They are quite tasty. I do love their shaken iced teas and their Zen green tea bags which are good for both hot & cold tea. The pumpkin bread and lemon cake slices are tasty & moist. They’re all pretty standard at each Starbucks, I’m sure.
What I like about THIS Starbucks is the personality of the workers. Everyone seems happy to be there. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgable of their products. They also get a little silly in the drive thru sometimes which is a nice break from the monotony of a bored drive thru server. They laugh. They have fun. I feel happy as I drive away.

I am convinced that the Starbucks franchises are putting highly addictive narcotics in their drinks. I am officially a Starbucks junkie. That Caramel Macchiato has a strong hold over me. I just can’t kick it.
But in all seriousness, I have become a fan of Starbucks for that drink alone. This location is very well kept and their staff are nice and courteous. There coffee is typical Starbucks quality-​excellent.

Drive thru!
Also, I have been here many times and not had to wait in a long line. However, I have never been here during early morning.
This location, besides having a drive– through window, also has a large menu, which includes breakfast sandwiches served all day (the bacon, egg and cheese on a crusty roll is good, as is the sausage sammi on an English muffin and spinach feta wrap). There are also several paninis for lunch, and a great variety of baked goods, from cinnamon coffee cake to a cheese pretzel.

Argh!!! Worst location ever! Besides being very slow the staff sometimes trades my store purchased bag in for an upgraded venti and sometimes no. They can’t make up their mind! Luckily I have another Starbucks on my way to work!

Avoid the drive thru in the morning here. It’s always bananas.
This is my morning Starbucks and the staff are wonderful. They’ve got my order memorized and are always clipping away at the lines inside and out, no matter how long they are.
Great attitudes from them. Starbucks should hire more staff like these!

This is my favorite location! I visit 3 – 5 times a week and the crew is AWESOME! Everyone is always smiling & joking. New crew members quickly become «one of the family» and learn the regulars. In the 3 years that I’ve gone to this location, they’ve only gotten my drink wrong once! Can’t beat that!
