I walked in here with a lot of needs and not a lot of opportunity for the shop to make money off me and I was incredibly impressed at the laid-back and helpful staff. I needed a couple of cardboard bike boxes to FedEx bikes. Not only did they go out of their way to provide me with boxes, removing new bikes from boxes that didn’t need to be built yet to give me what I needed, but they even let me break down my bikes in the corner of their shop and pack them. They even gave me packing tape and offered tools! Then, they were nice enough to store the boxes until the FedEx truck could come pick them up. Wow, that is seriously good service! Thanks, Peddler — I really appreciate the help.

My mother is an avid bike rider… wait, that sounds weird and wrong… cyclist? Is cyclist the word? How about I just go with peddler in honor of the name.
Ok, so my mom is a big peddler… me, not so much. But when I needed a new tire for my cruiser (yeah, yeah, I’m that chick that looks like she’s on a stroll by the ocean when I’m really on the green line), my mom insisted that I come here because she looooooves this shop.
I don’t really have a story or anecdote other than simply saying that they were super nice and fixed my tire/did a tune up in 24 hours. I don’t foresee myself needing to come here a lot but if I ever do decide to become a peddler, I’d definitely frequent this shop!
Oh! I noticed they have a $ 5 a day storage fee if you don’t pick your bike up after 5 days… pretty smart because that sign made me pick up ASAP after they called when it probably would have taken me a week or more… because I’m lazy like that.

We were helped by a young woman who was beyond rude. Instead of being helped we were told our bike was cheap and she couldn’t help us much (we were rebuilding a childhood bike my parents bought me so it was sentimental). I don’t care if you have to go to Mississippi, avoid this place at all costs.
