I went to this salon on a Groupon for eyelash extensions. The lady who applied them was very nice and polite – her quiet manner should not be confused with poor customer service – she was VERY nice and willing to please. She took her time and applied the lashes carefully and meticulously. She would give me a hand mirror in between applications and ask me if they looked ok. It did not bother me in the least that her son was present because she did not allow him to interfere with her work. Also, my 2 daughters were with me, and although I kept apologizing that my childcare option had fallen through that day, she assured me that my girls were welcome and not to worry. When finished, the lashes looked fantastic… they lasted the better part of two weeks even though I swam several times with them. When they began to come out, it was a tiny clump at a time, and that let me know it was time to follow her advice and apply the false eyelash remover – which I did and removed them successfully. I wish I could remember the lady’s name… I believe it was Santrina, or something similar. Overall, my entire experience was fantastic, my eyelashes looked great for two weeks, and the price was unbeatable!

The results are wonderful and long-​lasting. The owner is very experienced and friendly. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs.

I found out about The Waxing Specialist on Groupon. I have been a client for several months and have been very pleased with the services. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. She took her time in applying the lashes and asked if they met my expectations. She was willing to make any adjustments, if needed. The price for lashes is very affordable. My lashes tend to stay on 1 ½−2 weeks. Longevity is based on how you sleep and wash your face. I will recommend this service without any reservations.

I found this service through GroupOn. I had never had eyelash extensions and it sounded like fun.
The office is a little old fashioned and cheaply furnished, but appeared to be clean.
When I arrived, she was in a room with her son doing homework. During my service, the child was constantly in the room distracting the woman, walking around the table I was laying on, looking at my friend’s phone to see what he was doing (playing a game), and generally being a nuisance.
This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. They looked good when done, but there were glops of glue that irritated my eyes for days. Now, about a week later, the lashes are falling out in clumps and taking my natural lashes with them. I have done some research and this is not how it is supposed to happen.
I was on vacation in Memphis and did this for a treat. Now I have to find a professional to rectify this mistake before I become a freak with no eyelashes. At least they looked good for a while, even though they were uncomfortable most of the the time.
