I absolutely loved my experience. I had highlights done for the first time and it couldn’t have turned out better. Lindsey was so great and all of there staff was so friendly! I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new salon!

The 5 star reviews are true. After having a bad experience at another place coming here was great. Courtney did an excellent job. All the staff there was polite and professional. Courtney not only fixed the mess my hair was in but she made it look great. I showed her a picture and told her what I wanted. She did exactly what I asked. Excellent job! I will be back. Thanks Courtney and Vanity Salon.

The salon is very cute and all the ladies are very sweet and helpful! Mckenzie was recommended to me by two friends and I can see why, she does an amazing job! She does an excellent job at cutting and coloring and listens. If you have any questions she answers them throughly and explains the steps involved to get from one hair color/​style to the next. very helpful if you know nothing about hair color, like me. All the air stylist are very talented and would feel comfortable having any of them do my hair. They do great work!

I will start by saying Courtney is amazing! After a year of going to top name and no name salons with a haircut I wanted (and never got) I deleted all my pictures thinking getting someone to do this hair cut was like trying to find a unicorn… impossible! I partially described and showed her a commercial that showed this lady for 10 seconds at most and said that kind of what I want… go. She was friendly and fun to talk to. The salon is pretty and bright, very inviting. The other workers that were there seemed very friendly also, so even if no great cut I marked it up to a better experience than normal… To my surprise however, I got the cut! It looks amazing and I will for sure be going back to Courtney!

Love love loved my experience here! I bought the Groupon deal which was a pretty dang good deal, and my stylist was a genius :) She was easy to talk to, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the beautiful, professional natural looking balayage highlights! I think her name was Sarah?

I was in town visiting Memphis with my newborn, and I figured I would try to get my hair done while I had some babysitting help! I used Unilocal to find a highly recommended salon that was affordable. I am so glad I found Vanity! It was easy to get in, and the staff was so kind! Brittany did my foil and cut, and she was awesome! She was so comfortable to talk to, not a single awkward silence. Better yet, my color and cut are perfect! She did exactly what I wanted, and I have received so many complements! If my hair needs done next time I am in town, I will definitely be calling her. In the meantime, I referred all my family to Vanity!

Saw this place driving by, and thought I’d give it a shot on my day off. I was coming off a seriously bad haircut, just all kinds of wrong for my hair. Leah swooped in and saved the day!
I needed a cut that would be easy for me to style, since I get up at 5am and that’s early enough. That and I’m challenged in hair styling… it is not something I am good at. I showed Leah pictures of what I wanted, and she guided me to something I’d be more comfortable with (since I’ve always had longer hair), and said if I wasn’t happy, I could return and she’d fix it. It didn’t come to that, because I left with a super great cut that I am getting many compliments on!
I plan on returning, thanks to a great first experience here.

Salon has been completely remodeled… beautifully decorated! The staff is so friendly and nice. Not a gossip bin like some other salons! And the quality of work… well ladies, we all know how we are about our hair! Looks perfect everytime!!!

Give this salon one shot and you will never go to another! McKenzie is my stylist but all of the stylists are great! She does a wonderful job coloring, cutting, and styling my hair and waxing my eyebrows! Her head scrubs during a shampoo are to die for! I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I needed a new place to get my hair cut and I knew of this place from word-​of-​mouth. I walked in without a particular stylist in mind and I lucked out with Janean. I got a shampoo and cut and the massage she gave me while shampooing my hair was great. I got about 4 inches cut off with layers and she did it perfectly. The place was really cute and everyone on the staff is very friendly. I will be making this my salon for sure.

Best Salon in Memphis hands down! If you like to be pampered by top of the line quality hair stylist, then this is your place to go. I have come to grow and love all of the sylist here over the years!
Refreshments in the front. The chairs are beyond comfortable and I love the colors in the store. Hope you can visit and fall in love with them too!
They do accept walk-​ins, and the stylist are high in demand, so I recommend making an appointment! Worth it!!! :)
