Dunkin’ Donuts

Ok, I ordered and paid for a medium vanilla chai. I’ll let you people judge for yourselves what size they REALLY gave to me since I posted the pic. Personally, I think it looks and feels like a small. This is 1 of my least favorite DD locations.

Inexperienced staff i go there 5 days a week I’m lucky if I get one coffee right. I asked for 1 cream 4 sugars very simple. and still they can’t get it right

Horrible. My daughter went to get me an iced coffee, a bagel & the new maple bacon donut. They didn’t have the new donut (you would think they’d have them since it’s a new product they’re pushing), the bagel was hardly toasted and my iced coffee (which I always order with milk & 1 equal) was dark as dirt. It also had NO ice. I know the ice didn’t melt– I live a mile away !! They use to be good but are horrible now. The workers are very nice, friendly & quick but the problem is the quality of the product.

I’ve gotten a penny in the bottom of my bag of munchkins (which were less than what I paid for more than once) and my toddler got ahold of it. When I told this to the manager nothing was done to fix it. The parking lot (especially drive thru) has quite nasty potholes and still hasn’t been fixed. Pulling in here is very dangerous to vehicles and safety, there’s a substantial amount of car accidents on this road from the people trying to go around stopped cars turning left into Dunkin Donuts parking lot and good luck trying to get out and certain hours, line of traffic doesn’t let up and people force their way in causing more accidents. I never get a toasted bagel when it’s supposed to be toasted, looks like they always toss it through on fast and comes out barely looking like cooked dough. Gross, raw, cold, pale bagel dough… yummy.

Every time I come here, it is great service, great coffee and fast service. The kids love the donuts (okay, so I like them too)…never had a bad experience. Inside is really nice… I was surprised when I got together with some friends for coffee and some chat. No wonder they are putting these up on every corner. Starbucks… we’re done with you!
