Our 10 year old refrig woke me up with a terrible sound which turned out to be a detached fan blade. I called Appliance Doctor first thing in the morning, left a message and received a return call right away. Rick came out and used Superglue to fix it instead of going straight to replacing the whole motor that the fan is attached to. Saved me $ 250 in parts. I liked that Appliance Doctor went the conservative route first. If it turns out that the motor ultimately needs replacing, Rick said my costs for this visit will apply to the bigger repair if it’s needed within 30 days. Works for me! (My frig is alive and well 6 days out and running quiet and strong).

My dishwasher was leaking, and I came across a few services online, I ended up going with the Appliance Doctor and I’m so glad I did, the nice gentleman Ryan came out within the hour, fixed my leak, and was very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions I had about my problem, very fast and very affordable! If I could give Appliance Doctor 6 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Appliance Doctor is awesome! Our dryer was squeaky and upon investigation, found out that there was a minor fire inside the dryer, so they gave it a moving parts overhaul which fixed both issues and made it work like new! I would definitely use them again and recommend giving Appliance Doctor a call!

Appliance Doctor is great! We had an issue with the start button on our dryer and Ryan was out within 24 hours. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and priced extremely fair! Strongly suggest Ryan and Appliance Doctor!

Called the appliance doctor early Thursday morning and that afternoon they were out at my house. Not having a lot of money at the time they gave me numerous options to get my refrigerator fixed without spending a whole lot of money. They got me back up and running same day thankfully before any of our frozen foods even defrosted. Thanks again Appliance Doctor, I know who to call next time I have an appliance issue!

Great service, honest and not there to gouge you like a lot of other companies would. Very considerate of our situation of our freezer not staying cold and drove our of his way to go get the part and come back quickly so we did not lose all our food and actually took a small discount off the original price for not having the part on the truck. All of this on a Saturday by the way, because not everything breaks between Monday and Friday 8 – 5. If any appliance in our house breaks again, I will definitely be calling Appliance Doctor. Thanks so much guys!

I called Appliance Doctor around 11:30am about a washing machine repair. I explained what the problem was — was asked a few questions and was told they would try to fix the problem today but definitely by tomorrow. I received a call back that they would be by within the hour. They arrived at the door in uniforms (their Appliance Doctor work shirts, etc…) and introduced themselves. I showed them where the washing machine was and they diagnosed the problem right away — stating «it would be an easy fix». They were professional, polite, courteous, and hardworking! The price was reasonable and came with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend that you call this company for any appliance repair you may have.

Great company !!! Great technicians ! Always friendly and fast service. They just fixed my fridge and I couldn’t be happier. In the last 20 years they have fixed my washer, fridge and even my air conditioner. I’d recommend for sure, they are obviously doing something right as they have been in business for 37yrs. Reliable and great company!
I’ve been referred to this company by a friend. After having Scott come out to fix my fridge twice, he was professional and courteous and knowledgable. And fast too! This guy has serious skills. Not to mention the management and ownership handles business.
They always answer the calls and take good care of clients. Customer service, quality repair and fair treatment is of the highest importance to this company.
I highly recommend you call if you cursing a major appliance. You can trust these guys!

Excellent company that serves Murrieta/​French Valley area! We have used them twice to repair various appliances in our home. They offer great service, good advice and affordable repair. Kris was our technician for our dryer most recently and he was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend him. I will definitely be calling them again!

It is a wonderful feeling to know that if something stops working you have someone to call. Kris has been out to my home three times and as always he knows right away what to do. In an age where everyone wants you to buy something new, it is great having people take pride in repairing. They have always been on time and the prices are good.
